I loved this design, but the rope broke the first with my australian shepard young puppy. She never broke any toy before so I wouldn't say she's a heavy chewer.... However, I wrote to Wild one to ask for a replacement, but they told me this is normal wear and tear.... Even if this toy is really beautiful and the triangle part seams rough and solid, I do not recommend this toy as the rope part is too fragile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Morkie pup loves this toy!! She plays with it every day and love that we can both hang onto it without her snagging my fingers like other plushie toys. She’s me lots of teeth marks in the triangle so it’s rather soft but we love this toy!

So cute but don’t get if you have a super chewer! She was able to rip it into little pieces and actually started bleeding from the mouth while doing so, had to throw it away. Don’t let dogs use unsupervised

While we don't advertise our toys to be indestructible or give a product lifespan because every dog is different, we understand some pups may get excited with our items and chew them up. We do not use harmful additives in our toys like binders or glue, only natural rubber and natural rope. Since dogs are biting into them, natural wear and tear is to be expected. We recommend removing the rope when it becomes undone, so that your pup can enjoy the rubber triangle.

I got this toy in-store. Within an hour my puppy has unwoven the rope and put holes in the triangle part. i went online to see if it's just my dog and see now it says not for heavy chewers but it seems they added that after people had issues bc it's not on the tag. Heavy chewer or not there's no way this toy will hold up to any dog with any kind of drive to play tug. Sad to learn this is one of those brands that looks nice but is awful quality.

I had the old version of this toy and it was perfect. It lasted months with my rescue golden puppy. When he ruined the rope I went to get an new one and he ruined it in less than 10 minutes. This toy was a huge part of our routine that we worked so hard to establish and now I have to find something else. I'm very disappointed in the reduction in quality of this tug. Please tell me some of the old ones still exist somewhere and that I can buy all of them.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to on this one. We bought the triangle tug for our large dog (package says for medium to large dogs) and he had it destroyed in about an hour. The rubber was in chunks which could potentially be a choking hazard or cause an intestinal blockage. Caution should be taken if you give one of these to your pet. The expectation was that a dog toy should last for more than an hour.

My dog was super excited when this toy came out of the box, but within less than 5 minutes, she had already made some serious tooth marks and started chewing off parts of the rubber piece. Had to take it away for fear that she would ingest it. Luckily I got this for free during a promotion.

Received the triangle tug, a bolt bite, and the twist toss today and my 4 month old puppy was able to chew a piece off of the triangle and make actual holes in the bolt bite within 5 minutes. These toys are BEAUTIFUL and great in concept but do not hold up. I am so sad because I was excited and love Wild One but these are not safe. I had to take them and they will have to be thrown away.

This is my dog’s new favorite toy! His favorite activity is tug and he loves the rubber side for gripping. The rope handle is really easy for the owner to hold on to while playing as well. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star toy is because he’s gone through two in less than three weeks because he chews through the rubber. He’s a rough player! Will probably contribute to buy more though because he loves this toy so much.

My dogs love tug a war so I thought this would be great! They love it, but the rope was destroyed in a matter of days. The rubber handle has held up great and my dogs enjoying chewing on it. Not sure if it’s really worth the price though!
