A: Hi Freda, Rest can be used anywhere you need it! Although it wasn't designed specifically to help with muscle spasms, it contains magnesium and can be massaged on the spasming muscle to try to help provide relief. Thanks for asking! Lindsey

It works really well IF you can get it OUT of the bottle!!! The bottle is made of very hard plastic, and you can't store it upside down to make it easier because of the weird loop on the lid! So I end up hitting the bottle on the counter, squeezing the bottle until my hands hurt, and finally either giving up or asking my husband to try.

I rub this at the bottom of my feet before bed and it’s quite literally the best quality sleep ever! There’s no problem with the packaging, it’s especially nice not getting my hands messy.

I have chronic neck pain from 10 years of working with bedridden patients (fairly severe and constant pain) and this stuff pretty much erases it. Also, to those who say they can’t get it out of the bottle: hold the bottle upside down, give it a shake, and then squeeze. It comes out very easily. Could the packaging be better? Sure. Is it basically the same as a ketchup bottle right now? Yes. It’s not hard to figure out.

Ultimately I returned this item... I agree with a lot of the other reviews that the packaging is terrible. I used the lotion maybe 3 times and it was a pain to get out of the bottle but sort of doable... then I had a time when I couldn't get any out and decided "don't bother!" The scent is not my favorite nor did I hate it.

Hello, we are so sorry to hear that this was your experience as that doesn't live up to our standards. Our Rest Night lotion has a thicker consistency, so it can tend to be difficult to dispense. Because of this, we recommend shaking the product a few times to help move the lotion closer to the applicator. I applied this cream tonight, and my neck and shoulders feel immediately relieved. I’m happy thus far, I can feel my muscles relaxing. I would recommend this product. Getting the product out of the bottle is tricky, but if you shake it upside down, that seems to work.

Really helps me relax at night!!! In my sport (and really any sport), recovery is incredibly important. Crashing into bed at the end of a day and waking up to cramps is NO fun. But with this lotion, I got to forget that and embrace a pain free sleep!! Thanks WILL PERFORM!!

Product is great. I use it for my kids before bedtime. The packaging is horrible. Too hard to get out of the container and you feel like you waste a lot not being able to squeeze down like a toothpaste container.

Got a sample of this and I absolutely love it. It smells incredible. Not too perfumey like a lot of lavender products. The scent is warm and calming. The lotion is really hydrating as well, so great for the skin!

It works really well. The only downside it smells like bug spray to me. I do not enjoy the scent whatsoever and I wish it had no scent. I will use it all because it has helped with my neck pain but I won’t repurchase. If you can get past the smell, it is wonderful. It is also a big hard to squeeze out - the bottle is so hard. My husband does it for me though so I guess it’s not a deal breaker

Great product, horrible packaging. The package is firm plastic and you have to squeeze really hard to get the lotion out. The angled applicator head would be nice if it didn’t take both hands to the product to come out. I won’t buy again but I will watch to see if they redesign the bottle because once you are able to get the lotion out - it works amazingly.
