[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The willow pump has cut my pump time in half and allows for freedom of movement while getting the correct amount of ounces of milk my baby needs. I just reordered replacement containers to replace the once I got 4 years ago. Great long-lasting product.

Terrible design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really looking forward to using the containers. I’m disappointed though and wish I would have went with another pump brand. The containers don’t work and collect as well as the bags, which having to use the bags all the time is wasteful. Not to mention they are a HUGE pain to clean and dry. The design and function of these is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can dispense milk into a bottle for use right then. Then freeze the remaining. The 1 & 2 fans are a little confusing. The instructions aren’t very helpful and I couldn’t find a video for this one. It also leaks, which can be annoying. But I do enjoy it and it’s also nice not having to keep reordering bags for the milk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend these reusable containers. I experienced greater output with use of these than the bags. However, note they do not allow for 360 movement if you bend over they do spill out the top. Also, there a bit of a learning curve to using these and more parts to clean but still highly recommend.

TTM sticking with Willow 360 containers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third time exclusively using Willow pumps postpartum. I cannot emphasize how much I love being free from a corded pump and pumps with 2 feet of tubing. The containers can be hard to figure out initially with the flipping and stuff but after a video refresher, it becomes second nature to just do it mindlessly. If you’re on the fence, I’d suggest trying these. More cost effective than bags and great as a “daily driver” when pumping at work throughout the week.

Easy to assemble, not so great to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The containers are convenient for reuse. They are easy to assemble themselves and attach to the pump. My only critique is that they are difficult to wash since the shape traps excess water in the container and it takes a while to air dry and it's difficult to reach with a paper towel. Would be nice to reuse them throughout the day and have a better way to make sure they are clean.

Nice reusable option, easy to spill milk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice reusable option for your willow pump. They don’t dry very well after washing and sterilizing due to their shape. Also easy to spill milk at the end of a pump if you aren’t super careful and follow the relatively elaborate instructions to a T, but that seems to be an issue across all the willow products.

Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally put bad reviews, but I am beyond frustrated with my Willow 360 and using it with containers. It doesn't make sense for me to pump into bags all the time because I need to be using the milk the next day for my son, so I purchased the containers. I maybe get the pump to work with the containers 10% of the time I try. I end up going back to my old pump because it doesn't work. I get the flashing light and I keep trying to disassemble and reassemble and try all the things, but it rarely works. And I don't want to waste bags, so I go back to my old pump. If anyone has any advice. I am all ears because I really want to use this.

Leaky vent lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product, I’m happy to have the option for a reusable container verses a disposable bag for each pumping session. I use this while pumping at home and plan to use the disposable bags for the convenience while pumping at work. Although, one of the containers has a leaky air vent lock. When I “flip to finish” and the pump pulls the last bit of milk through the system, it leaks through the air vent that is suppose to be closed on “2”. Not sure how common of a problem this is for this product, this could be a fluke. If it weren’t for the leak, I’d give this product 5 stars and recommend it for anyone with the willow pump. It’s easy to assemble/disassemble and clean which is a huge bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t really a fan of pumping into a bag, but these containers make it so easy! Honestly, I love how I can pump and dump right into a bottle if necessary. I also love how there’s not many parts to clean. Plus the parts are larger so even easier to clean!

No flex tubes?

The “containers” were just fine except that they don’t come with a key part, the flex tube. It’s really ridiculous to believe you’re purchasing the entire container only to find out you’re missing a huge part of what makes it work. I purchased the flex tubes separately. Feels like I wasted time waiting for the flex tubes and being in desperate need of a replacement.
