Q: i got this ball and after a week of playing with it outdoor it looked like an old ball you would find in the back of ole great grandads outhouse. it cant hold air and has terrible grip ofter a while.

The description stated that it is a composite, but it's not; it's rubber! It's written composite on the ball and darker in color: see the pictures to compare. If you're looking for composite basketball then this is not it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The true test of any outdoor ball is how well it holds up overtime and so far gotten more out of this than a typical outdoor synthetic rubber ball, without it losing its grip or tact. It’s slippery when wet and so are most.

My 13 year old son didn’t like the feeling or the bounce of it, but will use it anyways. To me, the ball feels cheaply made. It did arrive quickly and alreafy inflated, which is nice. We will still use this ball, but definitely not a family favorite.
