I make gluten free mini muffins and i have used lots of pans. This by far is the best pan for my mini muffins. And i have tried a lot of them!!

This pan was good for a couple of years, now the finish comes off on anything I cook in it, no matter how well I grease/oil it, which is pretty disturbing and gross. I'm going to give it to my kids for painting and buy a different one. Probably poisoning my family.
The pan bends in the oven.

I love this pan! I have used it to make mini cupcakes in red white and blue liners for the 4th of July and then arranged them as the American Flag. I have also made mini brownie bites in this pan and they come out the perfect serving size. Very durable pan, great quality.
