A: Hello Lioddle, all of our bakeware is oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. We would not recommend using the broiler.

Here is some additional information regarding the coating on our pans: • Wilton does not use Teflon non-stick coatings. • Wilton does not use any non-stick coatings manufactured by DuPont. • Wilton coatings have no intentionally added BPA, Lead, Cadmium, PFOA or PTFE • All Wilton non-stick coatings are safe up to 450 degrees F unless otherwise specified on product labeling All of our products are thoroughly tested and verified to meet applicable laws and regulations. Great for bread that you want a crispy side and bottom. They get hot! I always use them on top of a cookie sheet, because there are no handles. Makes taking it out of the oven easier.

It's a decent budget baking pan for making bread/loaves, but the edges curl under and trap water so it rusts easily. Additionally, if you put this in a dishwasher, that part also doesn't dry out even on high heat. Highly suggest either hand washing this every time or just get a better pan.
