This is the only thing that REALLY worked. I get awful cramps and cramp release eradicates them. I have bought bottles upon bottles and share them with friends and family whenever they have cramps. THIS WORKS. And if you have experienced cramp pain, I know you know how hard it is to get it under control. I cannot say enough good things about this product, my only wish was that I could go back in time and have a stockpile for those days when cramps hit and I was out of this. There really is no relief comparable to this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m the crunchy mom - although my daughter’s friends have a new one I hadn’t hear - “butter mom” (i. e. usually crunchy, but doesn’t freak out over the occasional bakery goods with real sugar and full on gluten). Anyway, I have not taken Midol in years, but when my teenage daughter started having progressively worse cramps, I had her try this out of desperation before letting her get addicted to a conventional med. She kind of rolled her eyes (she knew how fast-acting the conventional stuff worked), and asked if it was similar to say that quinoa tastes just like rice. (I still haven’t been able to convince the kids of that one. ) One time trying it and she said it knocked her cramps out in 30 min!!! She said it is actually more effective than the conventional stuff :)

This product blocks cramp pain right after ingesting, providing much needed relief that lasts for many hours. Menstrual related issues are hard to deal with, and even harder to find actual solutions for that live up to what is promised. This product is a genuine help.

Skip the toxic over the counter meds, this really eases cramps in a healthier way. Highly recommend!

I've used the Cramp Release for few cycles now, and it works better and faster than OTC meds. I didn't even need it this last month. My sister tried it too, and said the same thing.

I have been looking for something natural to use instead of ibuprofen for menstrual cramps for years. Several things have worked ok, but this formula out performed those by far. Timing and amount of servings is important,(right at the beginning of cramping, 1 serving and then another 10 or 15 minutes later and another 10 or 15 minutes after that, usually does the trick). I also like that it's a formula that I don't have to take everyday, I can take it "in the moment" and it works. I've used it the past two months and it really helps. My new favorite from this brand <3

My daughters have extremely painful periods. One has pain to the point she throws up and can hardly get out of bed. I saw this and, having tried everything medically, wanted to try it. I've used cramp release for 2 months now and so far it really works.

I was completely shocked at how well this works. I have horrible cramps that prevent me from functioning and I'm usually only able to move from my bed, to the couch, to the kitchen to heat up my heat pack and back to the couch. This worked so well, I just purchased more in the largest size. Highly recommend.

I've been using for few weeks, every time I use this product, I see the results. The taste is bad, but it's effective.

It didn't even work for my very minimal cramps. I felt no difference and I tried multiple times just to make sure . Kind of disappointed.. my hopes were high due to the reviews. Also, you have to use 4 full droppers which is a lot so it prevents you from getting many uses. Tastes like pure alcohol.

Normally I depend on ibuprofen to relieve my cramps, but I use the drops and in about 10 minutes, I feel immediate relief! The only downside is I have to use them multiple times a day (since it's only temporary relief). BUT, they do work, and I don't have to kill my liver taking pain meds 3 times a day! So grateful!

Like all of the reviews say, this stuff really works! I have fibroids and have suffered with cramps for years. I was an 800 mg ibuprofen taker. This stuff takes the pain away better than ibuprofen. Until menopause hits I will be taking this.
