A: Hi targetmom - you should be able to safely and easily change blades by pushing the handle forward to release the old blade and then snapping the new blade in place. These are designed so that you should never need to touch the blade when changing blades. - Shell

I usually buy Venus but thought I would try these to save money. The moisture strip placement was off and could smoothly shave and the product itself was gunky. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I won’t be trying them again.
