A: Yes. Shaving boxes down 3/16 at the bottom w table saw made them fit better in Kallex shelves. Boxes can be pulled out in order to page through album covers (no reading record spines).

A: Records do fit inside, but the crate is not as tall as the records, so they stick out of the top and are vulnerable (also, they can only stack on their sides).
