Wooden Blocks Activity - Gigglescape™: Educational Letter Blocks, Storage Box, 78 Pieces, Ages 3+

Bought this and saved it to be opened today on Easter. Total disaster — the blocks are falling apart, colored paint is coming off and there’s a clear sealer paint-like coat that’s shiny that is coming off every piece. Total safety hazard for a young child. I can’t believe how poor quality this is.

Perfect set with storage bin

After a few weeks the blocks images are coming off. We’ve had the mrs Rachel block for months and didn’t have this issue at all.

I love the bright colors and the fact that they have numbers as well as both upper and lowercase letters. The pictures are adorable and easy for my two year old to interpret. And the storage bin with the interactive lid and task cards are amazing! Like other reviews mention, the paint did start chipping during the first use. But I'm planning to spray an extra clear coat on top of them and honestly don't mind having to that at this very low price point. (Plus, I got this set when it was 30% off, bringing it to right over $10.)

My toddler loves to play with these, and I believe these blocks were a part of her learning her numbers and letters pretty quickly. They come in a great storage box, with learning cards. They have slots on the lid to present a learning card and the blocks you need to use. These are very universal and how you want to play with them, which is nice because it will be a toy that grows with her and she will not get tired of them! We can usually get 30 minutes of play time out of them too. They are also a great quality, and bonus that it is made with wood!

We were given these as a gift for our daughter. She loves them. It's a great idea but poorly done. The one thing that may last on these will maybe be the upper and lower case letters. The images are already wearing off and the blocks are chipping. In addition, the sign language is inaccurate. The v and w are swapped and I don't even know what the k actually is but it's not the letter k in American Sign Language. Wish these were better quality and accurate as I love the idea

Comparing to Melissa and Doug’s blocks GO WITH THESE! I got these for my niece and they come with a great containing the lid has use with the learning cards that come with !

Love how these are more than your traditional letter blocks. The inclusion of ASL was the selling point for my family. Its great they come with a storage box also.

The transfers were already peeling off when I opened the box. I returned immediately.

The best part about these blocks is that they are wooden and come with a great bin for storage that my toddler can open and carry easily. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend these because the paint and finish immediately started chipping off, without my kid even playing with them much. Now, after having the set for a couple of months, the images are all scuffed and some you can’t even tell what the picture was supposed to be. I’m sure the flaking off of the paint and dyes is probably not the healthiest thing for my kid to play with so I only let her play with them when I am playing too so I know she isn’t putting them in her mouth. You can easily find better blocks for a few more dollars! Don’t bother with these!

I really do like these blocks, haven’t noticed the paint chipping like other reviews have said but the alphabet isn’t complete? It has every letter of the alphabet except Z, for some reason we got double x’s?

Just bought these for our son to play with. They are peeling paint and finish is flaking off. Definitely not good if your kid or other children are at the age of putting things in their mouths!

Well made and a super easy to use design for kids. Perfect learning tool for our homeschooling— we love them!

Brand new out of package with defects. Very cheap transfers for pictures coming off and easily scrape off.

My son isn't big enough to play with these yet but just from looking at them, I can see getting a lot of use out of them. It comes with blocks that have letters and sign language on them. It also comes with flash cards to help them learn. The carrying case is also a bonus, as we can take this from place to place, or keep at home for a convenient place to store it all. Would definitely recommend!

Great toy and love this brand! The only downside is the white is a little hard to see and a few of the block were missing parts of the picture.

Wouldn’t recommend. Out the box the paint was chipping off the block. Very disappointing. Wish I saw the reviews before buying.

My kids 3,6 love this game!! It’s so much fun! The quality is nice however I give it 4 stars because the piece that goes on top of the fish is twisted off almost. One side is off and one side is still attached. I thought it was supposed to go this way but I looked closely and noticed it was broken off. However we can still play the game!

While this set is meant for a bit older kids, I knew that she would immediately appreciate the feel of the well made blocks, the bright colors and adorable illustrations. As she continues to grow and develop, the word game portion of this toy will be a new way for her to enjoy. This is so well made and cute, I definitely recommend!
