Description
There are so many jobs you can do with an oscillating multi-tool, and with the 20V cordless model from Worx, you can do even more. Multi-tools are designed to get into places where you can’t fit a large tool, like under the sink or reaching around pipes, and when you don’t have to worry about a cord either, you can get to work without getting tangled up or caught on something. Plus, with the Universal Fit System, this tool takes on all major brand’s accessories. It’s the ultimate in flexibility, utility, and portability.
The blade operates at 3.2 of oscillation, and the variable speed control gives you a little or a lot depending on just what you need it to do. Plenty of accessories are included so you can get going right out of the box: 1 sanding pad, 30 sanding sheets, 1-1/8” wood cutting end cut blade, 1-3/8” bimetal end cut blade, 3-1/8” semicircle saw blade, on-board blade wrench, carry bag, and a 20V 2.0 Ah battery and 5-hour charger.
You’ll constantly find tasks at home or on the job that are done better with this multi-tool. You’ll never use a putty knife again when you can scrape off gunk in a fraction of the time. You can even cut off corroded toilet bolts or rusty faucet nuts. Fit in new flooring by slicing up doorjambs to size. Or remove trim without damaging the wall. Do it all and do it better with the 20V Oscillating Multi-Tool from Worx.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the EX696L multi tool when it was on sale and thought I got a good deal. The tool sat in my workshop for a long time until used it. It worked great for about 6 cuts. Then it started making horrific noises and wasn’t cutting. It seems the shaft that connects the motor to the chuck has broken….. now I have a very pretty rechargeable paper weight…..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool does what it is intended to do very well. The fact that it has a variable speed setting wheel is very useful to set the appropriate speed for the job.
Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using this in place of my corded oscillator tool, and so far it has held up to the test, from removing baseboards to cutting new flooring for install, it has been a great tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tool a few months ago and all I can say is WOW!! I love the light weight and comfortable ergonomic design, I have so much control in my cuts. I have yet to find something I cannot use it on, we just did a kitchen remodel, drywall, plumbing, baseboards you name it I used this tool. The variable speeds are great and the multi angle blade made it easy to get into tight spots, especially with the bright LED light. Another great tool from Worx, a home run!

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very pleased with my purchase. I really love not having to deal with a cord. I have a heavy duty corded oscillatory to tool for big heavy jobs but I may not need to use, I cutoff a 4"x4" in a tight corner yesterday and had no trouble cutting through it.
The best

I bought this tool because I have arthritis in mr wrists that makes scraping painful. The Sonicrafter makes scraping effortless. It is simple to operate and takes standard universal attachments.
You gotta have one of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure: I converted all my power tools to WORX this past year. And then, a contractor friend said...where's your Multi-Tool? This is a must have! It gets into tight spaces: trims, cuts, sands things you absolutely cannot get near with anything else. I've got a kitchen remodel, workshop remodel, and several other projects that this tool makes easy. It's an essential component of my shop.

Difficult Drywall - 3 years ago

We are hanging drywall in a very old house. Nothing is level, nothing is straight. And the studs just disappear part way down the wall. This oscillating saw is the best ever for trimming those stupid drywall pieces that just don't fit, even though they should. Best ever.

Never had an oscillating tool so I took advantage of the lower price for this "tool only" product. Used it for the first time recently and it did a great job. It is lightweight and easy to handle. I was able to complete my project quicker than I expected.
