if you have had one of these controllers before you probably will know how awful the bumpers and joysticks are. repetitively using it for weeks will result in the bumpers not working and you will also get massive amounts of stick drift. i have bought atleast 5 of these controllers in the last 3 years and let me say if regular xbox controllers had paddles that would be my go to. i shouldnt have to buy a 150$ controller every 6 months because i play a game that requires me to use my bumpers to navigate... very poorly made, controller does feel nice when brand new but goodluck keeping it new.

Super scummy business practices. The website shows a photo with at least 2 paddles on the back of the controller, insinuating that they are included. I understand that there are more expensive packs with a variety of different paddles, thumbsticks, etc. But the fact that this one shows at least 2 paddles, you would think they come with it. Lesson learned, very scummy. Also, the generic response to questions on this page asking if they are included, is super vague and ambiguous. Also scummy.

I love the white and black color combo and this controller just feels premium. It has a good weight and feels similar to the original Elite controller. My only gripe is the bumper and trigger has a matte feel to it which feels cheaper. Other than that, I got this controller on sale for a very fair price so i'm happy. FYI I've owned another Xbox Elite controller for about 2+ years and it has yet to develope any stick drift. Then again im not a hardcore gamer, more casual.

Bought this controller online and had it shipped to my home. The box came with scotch tape over the manufactures seal tape. I thought that was odd. Opened the box and there was dog hair in it and small crumbs on the thumb sticks. The small envelope that holds the manuals was opened. There was no power chord in the box. Called customer support. They told me it was in store return only. I live an hour away. Which is why I ordered online. Pretty frustrated and disappointed that this came without the chord obviously used by someone else when purchased new. I will not be ordering from target again.

The monitor and controller are the biggest points for perception of game play. An after market game controller is more durable and refined than the controller that comes with the console. Online reviews rated the Microsoft controller highly, promoting my purchase. After six months of moderate use, I am very satisfied with my Microsoft Controller, and highly recommend it. One plastic piece comes off easily if you drop it, even from chair height. The manufacturer might address this with a dimple in the press fit. All told, it improves the experience of gaming, and makes a TERRIFIC gift!

Controller only lasted 4 to 5 months. The bumpers started going out on it, when I contacted regarding a warranty they told me the warranty was past and they couldn't help. A controller should last way more than 4 to 5 months.

The controller out of the box had defects in its L3 Thumb stick. When rotating the thumb stick from the 7 o'clock position to the 12 there is an awful grinding feeling. The left thumbs tick can not be depressed when pushed in a direction meaning no sprint. Looking online this is a common issue.

This is my second "elite" controller. I only play Xbox a few nights a week, and both had their bumpers stop working after only a few months. While it's nice to have the customized options, the quality of these vs the regular Xbox controllers is garbage. I'll be switching back to regular controller.

Good feel/ok quality but only 3 or 4 starss bc for the price point it's got more features but the quality isn't much better because I bought one in June 23 and now a year later the RB wore out so I'm in process of going through all state 2 year protection plan that I bought which I def recomend if your spending this much on a controller because with heavy use it will wear out after a year or two just like any other controller.

Bought one of theses and noticed the back button didnt work. You had to press very hard to get the controller to recognize it at all. The more I used it the worse it got so I returned it and the replacement had the same exact problem. I figured it was a bad batch so returned that and bought the next elite controller from a different store. Got one from microcenter and the left joystick was messed up. So i exchanged that for a replacement at microcenter and the new ones right joystick is messed up. Going to have to return that one too.
Badically a disposable. Died almost immediately. Wont charge.
