I have an auto-immune in my mouth that causes strong mints to burn. These are mild enough that they do not burn, yet strong enough to do the job of freshening my mouth. They are sugar-free and still very tasty. No strange after-taste. I rarely like sugar-free foods because of the after-taste.

Only bought this because the Peppermint flavor wasn't available. Initially, the flavoring is pretty good, but doesn't last as long as the peppermint. Recently ordered what was available, the 100 count perppermint flavor.

I have been using Spry gum for a long time, however, they have either changed manufacturers or the formula, because it is not as good as it used to be. I use the cinnamon and the spearmint gum and they both have changed. I will not be ordering any more of either unless they go back to the original taste. I have used Swanson for years and will continue to use them, just not for Spry gum.

I found this gum and now I won't buy any other. I deducted one leaf for the high price but I keep buying it, so I guess it's worth it!! I like the xylitol (as opposed to Sucralose or other sweeteners that aren't very safe) and the flavor is just right--very fresh, not sweet. Flavor lasts. Just like Chic-lets. Just wishing it were a bit less expensive, but love it.

I find that if I chew gum, I eat less. But I do not have any refined sugar in my diet, so that has stopped me from chewing gum in the past. This gum has xylitol as the sweetener, which is actually helpful for my teeth. I also like the texture of this gum, unlike another gum that uses xylitol. Be aware that it does not hold the sweetness as long as chewing gum with sugar, but then it helps the teeth rather than creating decay like sugar.

I chew a lot of gum, after each meal, for oral health and fresh breath of course. Was glad to finally find a chicklet style gum that has Xylitol but does not have the bad preservatives (BHT, etc) or other unhealthy ingredients. You can research these online. For convenience, I just take a small mints tin (like mini Altoids is the perfect size) and fill with this gum for my purse. Feel like I'm using a lot less gum packaging as well.

Overall, a good gum, but hardens after chewing for a few minutes. This is the lesser of two evils with their competitor whose gum remained soft, but would then separate into clumps that got stuck in teeth.

I really like Spry gum because it doesn't have aspartame in it--but the flavor doesn't last very long. If you don't mind chewing many pieces in a day, Spry is your gum! I suppose it's trade-offs--no harmful chemicals, but the flavor doesn't last...
