What a joke! Was supposed to arrive a week ago. I found out from Target that this company hasn't even shipped it. So, I wrote a nice but detailed email to their customer service. No response twice...just an automated Zen Desk response. I get a recording when I call. Also a bit irritated at Target as I had to do the digging here. Still says arriving January 24th. Don't bother dealing with this company. Even if they are completely out in their warehouse...they could have the decency to reply.

The camera quality is awesome it helps me keep an eye on my babies while I'm at work. It allows me to communicate with my family if I noticed something while they are with the kids. I love it will be purchasing more cameras to install throughout my house in the near future. And also it is very easy to install the sound qualities on there is awesome you can see clearly on the video
