[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not an expert on hair and nails, but I did receive this to try out, I will say I was able to mix it with my shakes in the morning and it mixed well with a soft pleasant taste. I did use the entire container without any issues, now as for in the long run helping g the skin, hair and nails, time will tell but I did like that it didn’t have an over powering taste and wasn’t gritty when mixed with drink.

I first noticed the amazing vanilla scent. I'm not one to simply add powders to plain ole water. The best way for me is to add them to smoothies. One of my favorite smoothie that I make at home is a strawberry banana smoothie. First, I add all the necessities such as fruits and ice. Then I add my powder supplements such as this Collagen Powder. It adds a slight vanilla flavor which is really good in just about any flavored smoothie. This Collaged Powder is a great alternative to taking pills. I'd much rather have a delicious smoothie. I would definitely recommend this product to gain essential Vitamin C, Biotin, and Hydrolyzed collagen. The Vitamin C helps promote internal collagen production. The Biotin help support health and beauty. Hydrolyzed collagen is known to promote weight loss through the burning of fat rather than carbohydrates and proteins. It's simple to use just mix a scoop with 8 ounces of water, coffee or juice, or come up with your own recipe using a scoop. It taste good like vanilla and mixes well. Its packed with vitamin c, biotin and hydrolyzed collagen which is great for your skin, nails and hair. I have been using it four about a month and I can see a difference in my skin it seems more smooth and moisturized. My nails are more stronger and don't chip away so often, my hair is also stringer and more shiny. If I see this difference in a month imagine six months or a year! I'm glad I found something that makes it easy to help my skin nail and hair.

It didn’t make the texture or the flavor taste gross which is a huge win in my book. The only thing I didn’t like was the container size compared to the amount of product, there was about a third of the container filled.

It's easy to use, the taste is just fine and I have heard very good things from friends that use it. I decided to try this product to help reduce some of the outward, physical signs of aging to my skin and hair. Unfortunately for me, although it was very easy to use and I did like the taste, I didn't see much physical change in myself. I see no difference in the small amount of aging in my skin, my hair is still the same it has been for quite some time and I see no difference in my nails - though I have to be honest and say my nails have never really had any problems staying strong. However, in full disclosure, I did have a crackling-type noise in my knee that has seemed to have disappeared so this tells me that this product does work and it may just be taking a little longer for me. I will continue to use this product as I believe this has helped with my ligament issue and I am very hopeful that I will get to see more visible improvements with its continued use.

I like the vanilla flavor however prefer to add it in food so I don’t know it’s in there rather than liquid since it doesn’t dissolve as quickly

The powder dissolve well so there's no grainy texture. I've been adding one rounded scoop to my coffee every day for 4 weeks now and after the third week, I started to notice some changes. The skin on my face looks clearer and more hydrated plus my nails feel stronger. I definitely plan to continue using this product. I really like that it's dairy-free and there are no gluten ingredients.

The powder dissolved well in hot liquid and I continued to see the same benefits from my typical collagen powder, so I would say this brand is effective.

I got the vanilla and have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I am normally not a fan of powders because of their tendency to clump, the gritty texture and a lot of times the artificial taste they give off. This collagen powder, however, had none of that. I have never taken a collagen supplement so I was unsure what to expect from this. The directions say to add a rounded scoop to 6-8oz. of water, coffee or juice. I chose to first add it to my morning coffee. It dissolved completely and left no gritty texture or aftertaste. It made for a welcome addition to my coffee. I have since added it to smoothies as well with great success. I have had no negative side effects from taking this supplement. I have, however, noticed that my hair feels softer, and my nails, which would break with the slightest touch, are crazy strong! They are growing like crazy as well. I also have noticed that I don't have as much leg pain as I usually do. I have fibromyalgia, and degenerative discs in my back that both cause a lot of pain, especially in my legs. I don't know if it's the supplement powder or what, but I have noticed a slight decrease in pain since starting this and I'm hoping that with continued use I can get better results!
