I'm a 48-year-old man constantly trying to navigate a hectic schedule. Enter Shilajit, which reminds me of similar benefits to that of sustained green tea intakes. Never jittery from having too much coffee, Shilijat seemed to give me some noticeable increase in energy levels overall.
