We know every day can be an adventure for our kiddos, and the 16oz Beacon Bottle from zak! is made to travel alongside young explorers on all of life’s most exciting endeavors. The wide carrying handle is ideal for little hands to grab-and-go, while the lid has cover and sliding lock to prevent leaks and—moms rejoice—keep the drinking spout clean. It’s made from an antimicrobial silicone so it’s comfortable for even the pickiest little ones to drink from while preventing bacterial growth on the drinking surface. And, it even comes with a silicone fun popper that lets kids fidget to their heart's content!
And we know that children can sometimes be rough on their possessions, so we made the Beacon Bottle out of durable plastic, just in case those adventures sometimes send them tumbling. A: Only partially, if shaken or thrown about while the top is not closed it can release liquid from the spout.

Q: Is the straw required to use the bottle normal? Would removing the straw make the bottle not leakproof?

Likes: Bluey, sealed well before it broke. Disliked: the lock slider is silly and not needed. Frustrated my 2.5 year old. Also the clip on the lid to seal the flip part broke after like 4 months. Cheap made.

Nice bottle but has flaws

The locking mechanism is silly. You need to have the slider on the lock in order to open it which causes confusion for my child who thinks the slider should be on the left. I also had to remind her it was a bite straw on occasion. Other than that it’s a very cute bottle and my child loved the pineapple popper that came with it.

It's a very good cup for the prize. It doesn't leak when close BUT will leak slowly if it's open and on the side. However I do recommend it because it's durable and the colors are vibrant. If you have a kid who's obsessed with bluey they will love it. Plus the pop it it's such a cute addition

It’s a bite valve! For all those who are saying it’s impossible to drink from, I came here to post this for you. It’s like a sports bottle, you bite and drink at the same time. It’s a very cute bottle and the pop it was obviously the selling factor!

Absolutely horrible! Extremely hard to get water out of, if they can even get any. DO NOT BUY. Save your money. Purchase something else.

This was a very sweet gift from my parents. Unfortunately I could not for the life of me figure out how to use it properly. You had to suck very hard to get a few drops of water out. I tried everything including cutting the straw a little bit shorter and trying to widen the little hole at the top. I even tried a different straw. The only thing that seemed to work was not tightening the lid all of the way which defeats the enite purpose of the lid. I ended up just throwing it in the trash because it was useless and taking up space in our tiny cabinet. SAD!

To be honest i am in love with this water bottle. The bluey print looks so beautiful and Bluey is kids favorite character so they are loving it. This bottle is so easy to clean and it's also dish washer safe. This is leak proof so you don't have to worry about mess and its safe to carry while you travel. This also has non skid base which prevent any fall or spill. And the cutest pineapple popper is just perfect for kids to play.

I was really excited to get this Bluey water bottle from zak! because my daughter is obsessed with Bluey. The cup is really cute and there are some great features to it. First it has a lock in the front that stops the top from just opening and the mouth piece is more of a unique oval shape than just a small straw. I was disappointed though because within the first week of using it, one side of the handle broke which makes it harder for my daughter to carry it. I feel like since this product is marketed for children it should have been made sturdier. Another issue I have had with this water bottle is the gasket on the bottom of the bottle is not secure to the actual cup and it falls off constantly.

My granddaughter loves bluey.She likes the popper that cam with it.Its a great cup cause it never leaks and has a handle so its easy to carry around.The lid locks but easy enough for kids to open.The bottom of the cup had a rubber grip so it want slide around on the table.Its dishwasher safe and easy to clean.Its antimicrobal which prevents bacterial growth on the drinking surface.

This is quite a cute water bottle. The various Bluey characters entertain my son and don't easily scratch off. The bottom has a nice rubber grip, so it's not sliding around on the table. I wish it were double walled to keep the water cool, but is fine as a water bottle to use around the house. The only issue I have with this is the locking mechanism. It's a little confusing, even for an adult. It shows the locked position with an arrow facing in the other direction. Once it's unlocked, it sometimes sticks before opening, so I don't always know if it's actually unlocked or not. The slider to unlock/lock is quite loose, so it goes from lock to unlock easily, so I don't know how well it would hold up in a school or diaper bag, in regards to it staying locked and the lid staying on. I wasn't brave enough to want to find out. So, I think this is adorable and is fine as a basic water bottle. However, I would not leave it loose in a bag, or trust a young kid to carry it around without it accidentally spilling.

This water bottle is so cute. We’ve been fans of Bluey for a long time, and it has been so hard to find any Bluey character merchandise. The cup itself is good quality, it’s been through our dishwasher on the top rack a few times and has come out fine. My son loved the little pineapple popper that came with it.

Perfect for my kiddo to take to school everyday! Size is just right to fit in the side pouch of a bookbag and holds plenty of water. Not too clunky or heavy either. So far withstanding being dropped and tossed around, has a silicone cover on its base. Super easy clean in the dishwasher. Leak-proof, locking lid was a little tricky for kiddo at first, reason for 4 stars.

This water bottle is a favorite at our house. My kids love the Bluey characters and of course the pop it that came with it! I love that it locks, but is easy enough for kids to open. It doesn't leak which is always a main concern

My daughter is OBSESSED with Bluey (and who isn’t?)! I love that this came with a pineapple shaped popper that both kids love playing with. It’s great because it never leaks and has a handle that the kids can easily carry around. I will say washing is a bit difficult as if the rubber gasket comes loose it’s annoying to put back. I like the mechanism that the lid locks but even my 9 year old sometimes forgets how to unlock it. The kids are still tilting the bottle to get the drink out so I have to remind them they can sip it like a straw. All in all I really like this bottle and the kids get better and better at using it daily.

Such a great easy to clean cup! it has become my daughter's every day use cup and has held up great for a little while now. it is used every day and hand washed each night. it hasn't even showed any signs of wear and tear yet. get this cup for your bluey loving kids!
