The fact that they are multi use meaning I can take at the onset of indigestion or before things that I want to eat or drink that I know may cause indigestion symptoms by taking it 10-60 minutes prior is fantastic

I can even eat mexican food again if I have this on hand! I definitely recommend giving this a go if you are suffering from heart burn or indigestion.

I followed the directions on the package and took one tablet any time from 10 to 60 minutes before eating or drinking. For me, 60 minutes before eating worked really well for me. It's important to swallow with a glass of water and not to chew the tablet. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow. Zantac works by preventing heartburn from happening. I can now eat again the foods and beverages that are my favorites. I was always bothered by foods and beverages that contained tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato juice. I now enjoy spaghetti, chili, lasagna, pizza, etc. Zantac really works for me!

I took it preemptively before two celebratory brunches. My friends can cook and I knew grease (bacon and cheese - my heartburn triggers) were on the menu. I took one pill about an hour before arriving and each time didn’t get heartburn. These will be a staple in my medicine cabinet now.
