A: Yes. Someone else pointed out that it's just the dosage that is different if you compare the kids version and the adult version. 1 kid and 1 adult gummy is exactly the same, the adult version is just multiplied by 3 b/c the dosage is 3. You get more in the adult version.

Was easy to open the container and separate the three gummies that are recommended each day. They tasted fresh and the natural berry flavor was pleasant. I felt that my body was getting the necessary vitamin c and zinc to start my day. With 42 gummies I can get about a half of months worth out of this bottle. Safe and effective with no artificial sweeteners. This Zarbee’s product is worth adding to the rotation.

I couldn’t eat more than two of these. Made me feel sick. Why so much sugar and glucose syrup in something that’s supposed to be healthy? 6g of added sugar in just 3 little gummies? If you are looking for a sugary treat, go for it. If you’re looking for a health supplement, pass. Terrible. Will Return.

In the short time I tried it, I have no idea if it helped. I amjust not a big fan of the flavor or gummy. I don't like taking in sugar to help my immune system. I know elderberry is a strong flavor and I was hoping it being a gunny might be better, but it is not for me.
