I like the Zicam Daily Immune Support because they have the vitamins in them that I like to take regularly, to help keep my immunity up since I do not always eat what I should. I especially like that it contains vitamin d, because I am always low on vitamin d in the fall/winter months since there is a lot less sunshine then.
