Purpose
Reduced Duration of the Common Cold and Helps Relieve Nasal Congestion..Directions
For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Take every 2-3 hours until symptoms are gone.Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older
Take 1 tablet at the onset of symptoms. Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 2-3 hours, not to exceed 7 tablets in 24 hours. Take until symptoms are gone. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise, drink plenty of fluids.Children Under 12 Years of Age

I didn’t start taking these until 3 days into having a cold. I had an itchy throat, congestion, runny nose and inflammation in my nostrils as well. Once I started taking these it immediately brought me so much relief. I just wish I had taken them sooner. The taste is ok, don’t love it but also don’t hate it. Would recommend this to anyone with a cold!!

This actually works! Start taking it the second you start feeling a cold come on. Use it all day long as directed and you'll help prevent yourself from getting sick or at least reducing the severity of your symptoms. I started feeling sick on one day, rested and used this medication all day, and woke up feeling so much better.

I love that I can take this and it's quick to dissolve, the orange flavor is soft and not harsh. Comes in a pill bottle of 25 perfect for getting through a few colds.

I bought this on a whim when coming after a day of sore throat. What I didn't realize is that these don't have enough zinc to be effective late in the game! They taste a lot better than the zinc losenges I bought from Nature's Way but they cost 2-3 times more and half only 1/2 as much zinc! Quite honestly, when I took a pure zinc supplement every day during winter as a prentative, I never got sick. I stopped because of stomach upset but as I age, that seems to be the best way to go!

At first.. I thought these tasted like orange sherbet.. then I got down to the last bit and it was instant nausea accompanied by a horrible aftertaste that lasted the ENTIRE day. Straight into the garbage these go, the swabs or spray are definitely my preference which I should’ve stuck with. 🤢

This product really seems to ward off illness in its early stages. Now, I always take it when I feel a tickly throat or runny nose coming on and feel like I notice feeling better when I take it in contact with the times I don’t.
