This notebook has helpful worksheets to keep track of goals and workouts. It's basically a hard copy of what most apps already keep track of. It's easy to complete while I'm cooling down & refer back.

Decent workout journal. Organized by day with blocks for tracking exercises performed along with start/finish times, water tracking, and macro tracking. The bottom of the daily tracking pages has check boxes for intensity ort workout and weight/body fat. Only complaint is the cover is hard cardboard and fingerprints stay

I have never used a workout or health planner before, but this one definitely motivates me to. It is very well organized with different multi purpose pages to track your workouts and health journey. You can track your workouts, progress, consistency, and even your goals! It's very motivating to see the progress written down in front of you.

I like to write down my favorite workouts so I can remember what I did, but also how far I’ve come with strength and endurance. This is a simple journal to use to not only track workouts, but water, supplements, macros, intensity level, weight, and body fat. Perfect for someone with goals!

Very nice way to keep track of your fitness goals and journey. Would I purchase this specifically for that purpose? No, but someone who has an intense workout plan would love this item. I am pursuing a new regimen so this journal will definitely assist with that goal.

I love the workout journal. The journal is fantastic quality. The hardback cover and spiral notebook make it so easy to use. I have been wanting something to track workouts so I can see what is working and not. There are lots of blank formatted pages to see what I do each week. The journal also has other formatted sheets at the start of it that show a longer horizon of progress, body measurements, and a place for goals. Size is perfect as well it’s not too big and fits perfectly on my treadmill to help me stay focused!

This is super handy. Yes, there are apps that do the same thing, but as someone who hates being attached to me phone 24/7, this is better. It’s nice to view it on paper. This daily log has room for up to six reps of each set, track cardio, distance, Time, and calories burned. You can even track protein, fat, etc.

This is a great little gym journal for me. I joined a gym last month and this helps me keep up with my progress. I add in how long I worked out per day and my calories burned and even my food calories. It’s great quality hard back.

This workout journal has a sturdy cover and band to keep it closed. Inside there are several formatted pages for recording plans and personal information. There are also numerous less formatted pages for recording other information. Overall a decent option; however, if you prefer more freedom of formatting, some of these pages may not be relevant to you.

This is a very nice book that helps me keep track of my workouts but I do wish it was a little more colorful. I am also partial to stickers and fun designs. Definitely gender neutral and will keep me on track.

I recently took a "Women on Weights" class and this journal is coming in handy to keep track of my progress, and make sure I do all of my intended exercises. I like that it is spiral bound which makes it easy to keep open and write in. It's a good quality journal and I recommend it.
