Ziploc Endurables Reusable Silicone Food Storage Pouch - Large – 64 fl oz

This item doesn’t stand on its own like the others I own from this line. If you are buying online be aware, the photos do not depict this. Also, it’s the only one I own that isn’t even practical for the dishwasher since half of it falls to the side. Glad I only got one. I’d buy a lot more of this size if it was built like the others.

This was my first time buying reusable bags and I’m pleased. It cleans easily, just a bit tricky to dry it. I use this to store bananas in my freezer and it fits around 10.

Handy, sturdy, easy to clean.

I use it in the freezer after I freeze food in silicone trays then put batch made frozen portions into bags, but I would need several more of these and really wish they made a gallon size bag of this and also some multipacks that are a better value would be nice as these seem expensive. I do really like the durable silicone bags and try to stay away from using plastic bags.

we bought Large 64 ounce reusable ZIPLOC® ENDURABLES pouch in exchange for honest opinion and it met most expectations. The pouch is made of thick food grade Silicone, and it did not have any odor to it. Tested it in the freezer, microwave, and hand washed it because we do not own a dishwasher though it advertised to be dishwasher SAFE. The closure snaps shut and opens back up easily without bothering hands. Only problem is that the opening is much smaller than standard ziploc bags, and we struggled to get the contents of a small side dish in or pizza. Washing the crevices of the closure is also not ideal, although this may be better in a dishwasher. The pouch would be good for small child lunches, but even a full sized sandwich might not fit this particular size bag. Try it, test it out! It freezes very nicely, however we never had a problem with regular zippered freezer bags, and we frequently, daily, or generally avoid reheating food in plastic, so this is more of a fancy freezer bag for side dishes. Reusable, recyclable!

I was skeptical of this product and tested it out and it kept my food fresh for a couple weeks. I kept spaghetti in there and then took it out and microwaved it right in the bag and it was perfect. I am so satisfied. I would definitely buy again.

The versatility is great to go from fridge or freezer to the oven or microwave and then to be able to put it in the dishwasher for easy clean up makes it a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little bag is a powerhouse! I put it through every possible purpose and it never once disappointed me. I started with basic: would it hold water? Absolutely. The press seal is easy to close. It stays on track and seals in everything. I even shook the bag. Not a drop of water. The next test was the freezer. The tight seal was leak proof and held up to many hands rifling through the freezer. The food I put in remained as fresh as when I put it in the freezer. Test three was the microwave. As you can guess, the meal heated up great and the bag held its shape. The closure didn't warp. It still works perfectly. And the tomato based dish did not leave any stains! My final test was washability. A soapy sponge wiped it perfectly clean. No residue or greasy feeling left behind! I love this product and will definitely purchase the entire line.

I sealed our sandwiches in a cooler and nothing was soggy! I will saw, it isn't something I would run to the store to buy, you have to know the uses and it's there in order to try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to get this bag from Buzz. Before I never used this kind of bag, today I am in a pleasant surprise! This is much thicker and can be re-used over and over if you aren't super hard on them. As long as you don't rip or puncture them they are waterproof and you can zip them almost all the way and squish most of the air out of them. I use it to frozen, store and even to transport things. I recommended to my family, friends and coworkers.

I froze some leftover steak i hadn't used, figured I would cook it and shred it for tacos and this ziplock literally went from the freezer, to the oven and cooked the steak perfectly! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cool product! First, it's a great size for storing leftovers. I tossed some leftover pasta in the bag and the next day I shook it up a little to loosen the pasta and then put it in the microwave. I'm not going to lie! I was a little nervous. I've never out that kind of material in the microwave before and I had visions of melting plastic. Alas, it worked just fine! No incidents to report. My next adventure came in the form of chicken breasts. I had 2 pieces of chicken to reheat, so I put them in the bag on a cookie sheet and set the oven to 300 to reheat them. It turned out fantastic because it kept them very moist. I used it next to cook a piece of salmon and was pretty worried that the fish smell would never leave the bag. It did take a good soak and 2 scrubs but it came out and smells brand new. I'm very impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this item 2 stars because I'm just not a fan of the whole silicone thing. I didn't hate the pouch but just didn't work out for me. I tried freezing vegetables which is fine, but to microwave I was not a fan. The bag doesn't stand upright and wasn't done as fast as if I would do it in a glass dish. I did like the fact that I removed it from microwave and bag was not hot so I could easily take it out. Washing the bag out was ok but where do you hang this open to dry? I thought it was a great concept since I do seem to overuse the plastic ziplocs and right in the garbage they go but they sure are convenient!

It stayed sealed and is very easy to open and close. I will definitely be buying other sizes, I love that I can reuse it and it seems like it will last.
