Very disappointed in this pan, particularlyat this price point. Have used for less than a year, & the ceramic coating is chipping like crazy around the rim. I had a perception of quality from Zwilling prior to using this pan, but will not likely purchase from them again. I will be wary in the future when I see promotional product reviews.

Contents heat quickly and evenly. This pan was purchased as a replacement for one (another brand) that my dear husband scorched.
