ZWILLING Four Star Anniversary 8-pc Knife Block Set

We had the knives set for a few weeks now and really loved them. It was great that the item was on sale. We have been using these everyday. Hoping to have a lot of years with them. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Knives are very sharp, the handles are easy and comfortable to grip and a pleasure to use! We like the variety of knives included and appreciate their superior precision and quality. It’s great to be able to hand wash or put them in dishwasher.

We bought this as a housewarming gift for our son who recently graduated from University. He wanted a set of “good knives” and these fit the bill perfectly. We have a similar Zwilling set that we have had for 5+ years.

They fit nicely in my hand. They seem quite sharp. I haven’t used every knife yet, but I am not disappointed so far.

Don't be fooled. The box and website states "Made in Germany," but the Scissors, Block, and Honing steel are made in China. The block and the steel are acceptable, but I expected the scissors to be German as the box states.

I love these knifes I bought a set 20 years ago and I still have them. I just bought a new set because I think they are great quality, and I think it was time for a new set.

From a manufacturer with such a solid rep, I had hoped for a better quality product. The larger knives are nice enough, but out of the box not nearly as clean cutting and smooth as others I own. The smaller knives feel flimsy, with no real weight or balance to them. The handles on all of them are plasticy feeling and contribute to the light feel. If you had nothing, for the sale price, plus an additional coupon, it might be a good starter set. But if you’re replacing existing decent knives, as was I, consider an upgraded model. Unfortunately I was priced out of that option. They also show water stains very readily, unless hand dried. Surprisingly, I find the scissors are the thing I’m getting the most value from! Having them handy in the block, I’m rough cutting up herbs, lettuces, packaging. Go figure. Speaking of the block, though I like the way the knives lay on their sides, I wish the whole thing stood up at a more vertical angle. It takes up more real estate than the block it is replacing. Other than the scissors, it holds the same number of knives, but not laying them on their sides.

I like the weight of the knives. It was a nice set for the price.

I love this set because it completes my kitchen. They work so well! They come with 6 different size knives, a pair of scissors, and a holder.

We’re loving our new set of zwilling knives. The quality is great and they are extremely sharp. This set includes useful types of knives but I’m still thinking about which knives I’ll get to fill the rest of the slots!

Great sharp knife set and a solid heavy block. The block has three empty slots so we can add to this knife set. The knives feel very sturdy. Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase.

These are high quality knives. I’ve been buying cheap knives my whole life and I’m so glad I splurged to buy these. They’re incredibly sharp and I don’t know how I have cooked without them!
