ZWILLING Spirit 3-ply 6-qt Stainless Steel Ceramic Nonstick Dutch Oven

Our 6-qt Zwilling stainless steal dutch oven has exceeded our expectations in every way possible. My wife loves its sleek design with the glass lid and polished interior and exterior. This 6qt. dutch oven is my most used pot on daily cooking. Iit is best for cooking variety of soup, cooking pasta, porridge, braising, outstanding for stewing, braising, meat stew and variety more cooking ideas. `A healthy cooking should be partnered with a high quality cookware! Sturdy 3-ply construction with aluminum core heats up evenly and quickly. base stays flat even when heated and will not warp. This pot handle is comfortable, allows for easy maneuvering and roomy stay cool handle. Almost flat shape bottom is effortless and reach corner smoothly. Every Spirit ceramic nonstick is PTFE and PFOA free nonstick ceramic coating is environmentally friendly - no harmful fumes are released into the environment when heated, no harmful chemical, it is easier to cook with and durable. Safe to use with metal utensils, more scratch resistant and more durable however wood and silicone tip spatula and spoon is recommended. I've had variety of stainless steel nonstick ceramic coated pans, I owned this ceramic nonstick, it's the favorite in my kitchen. Flipping and turning is exceptional. Performs great for my gas stove, works on all stovetops, including electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen. Oven safe up to 400F degree, Washing, cleaning is a breeze.

We've had a set of the 3-ply for many years. The 6-qt dutch oven gets a lot of use and had worn a bit, just time to replace it. The new one will last many more years. These are well-designed and well-made.

The nice thing about the Spirit-ware is that they are PFOA & PTFE free, which is rare to find both in one. However, being ceramic, they do scratch a little easier, fade a little quicker, and have a limited warranty. I know other beg to differ though and would behind this 100%

I bought a deep fry pan and steamer. both have very good quality. I'll first consider this brand in the future.

I can now cook most anything and he cleanup is a snap. Thank you for making a very useful pot.

I love this pot. I have a frying pan that's the same brand/style and they are the best cookware I have ever owned.
