I have had three pairs of these in two and a half years. They are easy to lose and this last pair made it about 9 months before dying. They are fragile. One fell on the ground and cracked. 10/10 would NOT recommend and will not be getting another pair.

Overall decent sounding earphones. These are marketed as dust and water resistant which would indicate they can handle rough environments - I am onto my second set of these because after roughly 6 months of use, one earphone starts getting muffled with clipped audio/very quiet followed by the other earphone experiencing the same issue on both sets. I have followed the cleaning procedure which corrects the issue temporarily then the issue returns.

A bit too big for my ears (the sport thingy pushes on my earlobe in a way that makes it very uncomfortable after 30min. They fall out even though I’ve tried all the tip sizes and combinations and have adjusted them a lot. Maybe it’s because they’re so heavy? Sound quality is good and noise cancelling is nice. Also my friends appreciate that it doesn’t pick up background sounds like cats whining or me eating chips.

We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Race comes with S/M/L ear tips. We would suggest trying out the different sizes of ear tips to have the desired fit. You can try the "Check My Best Fit" banner in JBL Headphones App to walk you through getting the best fit and will let you know when you've accomplished it. Regarding the connectivity issue, Bluetooth works best in open spaces. Walls, other devices, or distance can affect the connection. Try unpairing and re-pairing your earbuds. If the issue persists, connect them to another device. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

I have owned these for just over a year and I go to the gym almost every second day. At one point I miss placed them so I bought an Anker pair double the price... Instantly wish I had bought another pair of these. Lucky I found them and shelved the other pair. These things have good base and solid touch controls that are programmable, they work pretty good in the shower even. These headphones are under priced for the quality in my opinion. Solid buy, to date my favorite ear buds.

I bought these on a deal locally as I’m coming from a pair of JayBirds that I had for 8 years. The connection is seamless, the sound quality is quite good. Clear bass (depth) punchy mids and decent highs. They are well rounded. The app has a bunch of features and easily configurable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lower cost and better sound profile to some of the higher priced wireless buds. Only con is if you’re a cyclist. They do develop a high amount of wind noise and would likely be eliminated with Foam ear inserts vs the silicone ones. Those tend to muffle wind noise better in isolation. These stay in your ear regardless of the activity.

They fit well and stay in place while exercising, even in my small ears. The sound is good and i like that i can change several settings using the app. They work well usually but now the right earbud just turns off randomly and i have to put it back in the case and take it back out to wake it up. I then have to manually reconnect them to my bluetooth. It then goes back to working fine for a little while until it cuts off again. The left one never does this. I loved these until i started having this issue and now its becoming a bit annoying

I have had them for 48 hours I ordered them through my company’s employee appreciation website and used up all of my points I worked hard to earn to get these ear buds. They worked literally one day, they do not charge and they do not pair and I already tried manually pairing them though app, it does not work. I cannot get a new pair sent to me because I don’t have a order number because I got them off my company site. From reading other reviews it appears customer service does not actually want to resolve other peoples issues either. This whole thing sucks because I have JBL products that do work and that I do like but I don’t know how much I can trust JBL after this one.

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back in the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. I am buying my fourth pair of these. I have odd shaped ear canals and most buds fall out with movement no matter what I try, but these STAY PUT. The little inner ear hook helps this issue a lot. SO happy with this product. More importantly they sound fantastic. Love the multiple features for noise. They are a great price too! Score.

I bought this for my wife's bday. Works perfectly. Took a little time pair for some reason, even though I had paired my other JBL ear phones through the same steps. But may have been something I was doing incorrectly. But once it paired, everything went smoothly.

The different size inserts are good. I use the small ones. These buds just tend to stick out really far. My sister in law says they look like hearing aids. But the batteries last a long time. When I tap them to mute it hurts the inside of my ears. I think they are best suited for big man ears maybe.

Bought these because of I have 2 JBL Charges that are awesome, so I figured I would give them a try. My latest Airpods were dying, so I did my due diligence and bought a pair of Sony's that supposedly were the best buy in the class. They won't stay in my ears no matter what I do, although the sound is really good. So I bought the JBLs hoping it would be a good combo of sound and staying put. They stay put for sure, which is miles ahead of the Sony's, but while the sound decent, it's not as good. Bass is not nearly as deep. But, that being said, my biggest irritation with the Sony's was them constantly falling out of my ears, so the JBL's are miles ahead of what I had.

The earbud will eventually stop working. I have purchased 2 of these and randomly the right earbuds won’t play but can still control the left earbuds. I really liked them because they stay in place during runs but once they stopped working properly they are pretty much worthless. I’ve followed all the steps the fix the issue but it continues to happen.

Best set of headphones I've had for quality and comfortability . They stay in securely regardless of your activity. I accidently fell asleep with one in my ear and the ear bud was still in place when I woke up. Definitely recommend!

These are my go to for everything from running, cycling to listening to music at the gym and white noise while I sleep. Comfortable and never fall out. Survive being accidentally put through the washing machine multiple times. I hope they never stop making them. I purchased the same ones for my hubby and a second set for me after having the first for 2 years and my puppy eating them
