[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was beyond excited to get this to get the volume I had been hoping for. Unfortunately, I was a bit underwhelmed by the product and hype about it. The elastic bands provided are impossibly tight and and don't even go around my hair once... And then the actual device doesn't sit comfortably at all. I think more videos need to be provided by Kitsch of their platform of different hair lengths and thickness to see how to clearly use this product for maximum comfort and look. I'll keep trying but not sold, and it's not for lack of trying. I've watched other TikTok videos too to see if it was something I'm doing wrong, but I don't think so. Obviously because the bands don't fit around my hair (my hair is normal thickness), I've had to use my own hair ties so this may be why it's not sitting in as well as it could... But overall, hasn't been worth it thus far.
