Kitsch Rice Water Protein Solid Shampoo Bar - 3.2oz

I have fine, high porosity wavy hair, oily scalp…this shampoo dried my hair out and made my scalp itch. I couldn’t figure out why my hair was so tangled and dry feeling because I never had that problem before, then I realized…it was the shampoo. I don’t think this shampoo is a good fit for fine hair.

I don’t think this kept my hair from falling out, it smelled okay, but once the bar broke it became harder to wash in my hair

I bought this for a recent trip and was surprised by how well it worked on my baby fine, long, colour treated hair. I did have to work hard to build up a lather, but it left my hair looking shiny and feeling fuller than usual. I was worried it would make my hair look flat, but it was quite the opposite, and it stayed clean longer. After 3-4 uses, I did start to feel a bit of a film, so I probably will reserve this for travel, or alternate with regular liquid shampoo every 2-3 washes, but overall I was pleasantly surprised!! I want to try the conditioner next!

It was hard to rinse out, and even then it left a film on my hair and frizzed it out. Overall, I didn't feel it was worth the price and will be looking to try other shampoo bars. The scent was subtle and non-invasive.

Do not hesitate to buy. I have gotten so many compliments on how healthy my hair looks and I've only been using for about a month. My hair feels stronger, thicker, and shinier. I recommend using the shampoo with the conditioner and making sure you are consistent with using them.

Meh, it’s ok. The bars are shaped a bit awkwardly so it’s hard to get a nice lather going if you have smaller hands. My hair feels clean, but I noticed after using it I have to wash my hair again after only a couple days and usually I can go almost a week between washes. Not the worst, but if you have dry hair, I wouldn’t recommend this one since you’ll just have to wash your hair constantly and dry out your hair even more.

This made a huge difference in my hair…it thickened it, shined it up. Much happier. I am older and my hair has changed a lot over the last few years. Older ladies would love this. Anyone with thin, unhealthy looking hair. This will help.

Been using this for three years and will never go back to shampoo! Want great hair, use it! You’ll have soft hair, growth, less fall out and volume. The Kitsch conditioner isn’t great, so save your $$. You’ll paint this on very wet hair and lather up, keep on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing out. A bar lasts me 3 months, washing long hair 3x weekly. Buy this!!!

Have used this product 3 times, 2x with the conditioner and once with only the shampoo. It does not clean my hair, it leaves a residue behind and so my hair looks dirty after washing. I would give no stars for this if I was able. Very disappointed.

I didn’t have high hopes for this as I had never tried bar shampoo/conditioner before. First use I almost said absolutely not because the shampoo almost made my hair(curly but thin due to hair loss and kids) feel super dry. I left the conditioner on for about 2 minutes and was shocked! My hair felt so soft! I wouldn’t say it’s the most hydrating, but it also doesn’t feel heavy, and hasn’t irritated my scalp like most other even high end products. It smells nice, but doesn’t leave your hair with a scent(only bummer for me. Overall after almost a month of use I haven’t had extra hair shedding, and no negative results yet! The conditioner is the only one I wish stayed together like the shampoo. It starts to crumbled quickly. But I’m seeing what’s out there to put it in maybe to help keep it together like fabric?

I absolutely love the rice protein shampoo and conditioner bars! They lather up nicely, don't leave buildup in your hair, and made my hair very smooth, shiny and voluminous!

Obsessed with these. I saw all the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint. My hair feels amazing and, even though I wasn’t really struggling with shedding, I feel like I brush my hair and nothing falls out. My hair and scalp feel clean, light and smell great. Buy immediately.

For some reason this became hard as a rock within a week. It's useless now. Waste of money. After reading other reviews I realized others ran into the same issue.

(coming from someone with thick greasy hair) I LOVE this shampoo bar!!! since first wash, it’s made my hair so soft and smooth without weighing my hair down. my hair looks healthy again and i’ll definitely be repurchasing!

I have tried shampoo bars in the past, about 10 years ago, and they never seemed to work right. This product has changed my mind entirely. The shampoo suds up right away and my head feels clean immediately. I am excited to contiue using it for years to come.

Love this product! It's made my hair grow quite a bit and the conditioner is lovey. I noticed new hair growth and so did my hairdresser
