Revlon ColorSilk Digitones Permanent Hair Color with Keratin - 4.4 fl oz

I love this color, though it is getting harder to find it. I get loads of complements when I have this color.

I always use color silk and it would last three months but today when I use it at last three washings or sometimes only a week or two I don’t understand why but I’mcolirsilk review very unhappy with it. I love the conditioner and I wish they sold that as an individual product Whatever they did to the formula they need to change it back to what it was it worked

I love this product as it's easy to use, the color (pastel lavender) is very nice and the conditioner keeps my hair smooth. It's getting harder to find this product in the store and online. I hope it won't be discontinued. This is the product I need to achieve the hair color I want.

Color barely showed up in my hair. Seemed to just completely come out after washing it once. My hair is a golden blonde color and it said on the box that it would work for my hair color…

Nope, nope, nope. Color washes out with the rinse and what miraculously stays, is more silver- purple. Now I look hideous and about to take a trip. The platinum color worked perfectly, this was a complete let down.

This is my favorite color. But impossible to find.

I started out with medium brown hair. I used the platinum blonde as suggested and my hair turned a beautiful bright blonde. Almost white. It was amazing but I've want purple hair forever. But I digress. After the 15 day wait period, I was so excited to go purple. The results were HORRIBLE. I got very LITTLE purple and A LOT of brown hair, again! I don't recommend this to anyone.

it was very pretty but is super light on my hair. my hair is a dirty blonde and it said it would show up more, but it didn’t. It’s really pretty but too light for me. also when we washed it it came out.

Color not as advertised. I followed directions on my lightened hair and it looks blue purple. Not lavender.

Works well. I got this for my teen daughter. She liked the staying power of the product. It does have a smell so be aware of this. Overall it lasts and is easy to apply.

Did not take on my daughter’s hair. She has dark brown hair and wanted the under layers blue. We bleached it several months back and dyed it blue with temp dye. When it faded we used this for permanent and it barely shows any blue! It’s almost a metallic light aqua blue but didn’t take to all of her hair. Tried again with the same stuff right after. I have 25 years experience dying my own hair but never had this happen like this. I am sure her hair was saturated and we waited the appointment time.

Bleached first and since I have level 2 hair naturally even a promised 8 levels of lift got me to levels 6-8 after 1 hour. The blue toner that came with the PL3 didn't do much at all on anything but the level 8 strands, and those took the blue the best. It came out dark blue, not vibrant regardless of where, with forest green spots in the levels 6 and 7. Came off my skin after 45 minutes sitting in hair with just water and gentle rubbing, no staining on scalp either. I will need to dye over it as it obviously won't last if it comes off with just cool water when dry - I doubt it will hold as long as semi-perm brands.

I really hate that Revlon changed its recipe and has gone with less harsh chemicals not that that probably isn’t a good thing, but it sure washes out fast super fast and it doesn’t take much to make the color fade

The coverage was even, enough to do my thick shoulder length hair. The electric blue is beautiful on a bleached base (I only bleached the back underside of my head, because I was afraid of the results & I’ve never bleached before) my stray gray hairs are a gorgeous electric blue. My natural medium brown hair (that I didn’t bleach but has been box dyed for the last 30 years, last color was dark auburn) is black, with an almost gray-green undertone, somewhat dark teal in sunlight? It really is gorgeous on bleached hair, and I don’t hate the color over my natural dark hair, but I’m definitely bleaching the rest & recoloring, I do love this color. Oh and it didn’t leave my bleached or natural hair dried out. Surprisingly my hair is smooth & healthy looking. The smell is minimal compared to the bleach & the little pouch of conditioner works amazing and smells great (probably why my hair is so smooth & healthy looking). Definitely recommend but for blondes, gray, bleached, or salt & pepper hair. It’s not recommended for gray, but it covered my stray grays just fine. It turns dark hair black with a gray-green tint. Overall I love it. Many compliments on it… even in my 50’s. Life is too short, go for it.

Thought someone might want to see what it looks like on brown hair! I used the Pastel Pink for 45 minutes (longer than the 25 they suggest), and started application at my roots then did my ends last. My last salon color was a few months ago (copper color). This Pastel Pink did what I wanted, which was to blend my ends and roots, and add warmth.
