Lightweight foundation with a gel texture containing 71% water for an instant burst of moisture upon application that hydrates skin for up to 24 hours. With that being said, I can't give it an honest review. I have used this makeup however, and I still don't like it. It's like two separate ingredients that don't mix well at all. It's like one ingredient is oily and the other one is watery. Not a good makeup foundation at all. I wouldn't reccomend this. It did have a light nice scent. That's about the only good thing about it. You dropped the ball, Covergirl!!

I haven't tried the original product that this is a dupe of so I can't compare the two, but I did read reviews about it before purchasing and how it can be difficult to blend. I was expecting it to be sheer and look like my skin, but better. But it didn't. - Took ages to blend, stayed wet for too long. - Left a cakey texture on my face. Didn't settle into my fine lines, but it seemed to cling to every single hair on my face in a very unflattering way. - Surprising amount of coverage, but I thought it would be a lot more sheer. Maybe I used too much, but the pump dispensed a lot of (too much IMO) product. - Once it FINALLY dried down, my skin felt dry and not at all like I had moisturized before using it, despite the product feeling like a watery serum. - Rubbed off too easily. - When I went to wash it off, it did not wash off easily with just water and soap. Yet it transfers easily when touched, so I don't know why it was so difficult to wash off. Won't be buying or using this again. It's just not for me (or dry skin).

However, I got a shade darker than my skin tone. I recommend to try this out compared to the high end one as to me it is as good as the higher end ones.

It blended well with my other products and was not too thick. It did glide on quite nicely. It felt good on my skin. I will be going to find my shade because it did feel really nice and stayed on all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an interesting concept for a foundation, but at the end of the day, it did not seem to be as functional. It’s neat having a different beads of color and pigment, but ultimately the beads do not disperse the color evenly, and it caused my foundation to look patchy and uneven. The best way is to pump this foundation onto your hand, then blend it onto the hand smoothly and then put it on your face but for me, this isn’t something that I’m reaching for from every day use.

Love the product but hate the packaging. I just recent purchased a bottle and the pump stopped working. I still had a half a bottle left. To expensive to throw half away. Now I am going to half to find another brand. I have been using this for years and this is the 2nd time in the last couple of years this has happened.

I like the ingredients and I like the light feel of this product. However, the coverage IS light and didn’t do anything for my blemishes and I don’t have a lot of them/they’re small. It dispenses separated and it’s difficult to apply bc it feels oily and unmixed. It also clung to dry patches on my skin that I weren’t aware were there and it separated. It worked better when applied over a primer and with a puff, but I’m still going to look for a foundation with better coverage

It feels light and breathable. I tried this with a new primer and it didn't work out well, this foundation smeared around on top of a sticky primer made for oily skin. I'll have to try this separately by itself or with another kind of primer. I still like it though. It covered up my redness fairly well. I have adult acne, it covered well but don't think it helped it at all. CoverGirl brand has hit or misses products, I don't hate it but I'm not sure if I'd go out of my way to buy this again. I usually need something specific to help my oily and acne skin.
