Directions if you are under 18 years of age, ask a doctor before use before using this product, read the enclosed User's Guide for complete directions and other important information begin using the gum on your quit day if you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, use Nicotine Polacrilex Gum, 2 mg if you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use Nicotine Polacrilex Gum, 4 mg according to the following 12 week schedule: Weeks 1 to 6 1 piece every 1 to 2 hours Weeks 7 to 9 1 piece every 2 to 4 hours Weeks 10 to 12 1 piece every 4 to 8 hours nicotine gum is a medicine and must be used a certain way to get the best results chew the gum slowly until it tingles. Then park it between your cheek and gum. When the tingle is gone, begin chewing again, until the tingle returns. repeat this process until most of the tingle is gone (about 30 minutes) do not eat or drink for 15 minutes before chewing the nicotine gum, or while chewing a piece to improve your chances of quitting, use at least 9 pieces per day for the first 6 weeks if you experience strong or frequent cravings, you may use a second piece within the hour. However, do not continuously use one piece after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects. do not use more than 24 pieces a day it is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the gum for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider.Other information

Not sure why the flavor has changed, it tastes more Mint they hi than Cinnamon. Now labeled “soft cinnamon”, versus “cinnamon”, and barely a noticeable Cinnamon flavor. Hopefully it goes back to how it was before

It’s chewier than some forms of nicotine gum, which may be a plus for some people, but I couldn’t just chew and bite down on it. This also tastes much more like mint than it does cinnamon.

I think this is defective. Compared to mint and fruit coated flavors, this cinnamon gum feels like it barely has any nicotine in it, like maybe they mislabeled 2mg gum 4mg, because I needed twice as much. The flavor also runs out very fast. Lasts about as long as weak chewing gum. Pros: unlike WM cinnamon gum, does not burn mouth. Tastes nice, just doesn't last and isn't strong.

This gum is good for the price, appreciate the lasting flavor- that is, if you like mint gum. This does not have even a hint of cinnamon in it, which is very disappointing. It's not a difficult flavor to replicate in other goods, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. Ultimately helps w/ the cravings if you can tolerate the mint flavor, and perhaps even grow to like it more than smoking or vaping.

Whatever is added to this that leaves that coating in the mouth should be taken out. I haven’t smoked cigarettes for over 2 years now, but here I am, addicted to the gum. I’ve been using the patch to cut down on the gum because while I’m working (RN) I can’t stop to brush my teeth after it’s been in my mouth multiple times a day. I can’t be the only one frustrated with that ishy coating. It’s unfortunately a problem with all the brands I’ve used thus far.

Had previously bought this product and it seems to have changed? Doesn't last long at all, maybe a few chews, taste isn’t cinnamon which I don’t really care about as much as curbing the appetite. Not sure if it’s particular to the batch or a change in product manufacturing.

I was totally addicted to juul. I used to smoke before vaping and replaced cigarettes for vaping/juuling. I thought I would never quit before I bought this. One box was enough to stay clean for 4 months - actually I still have 8 gums left I had some personal problems and I’m smoking cigarettes for one week now, I’ll get back to the gums and I’m sure it’ll help. It taste like mint not cinnamon. The best thing about it is you get a lot for your money, but you get something different than cinnamon. I only like cinnamon flavor so I guess I wasted my money.

Definitely a greater value than Nicorette, but it is a little different. I felt like the nicotine tingle comes on with fewer initial chews, which is kind of nice, but also seems to be finished sooner than the name brand. Serves it's function well, but you might want to eat a cracker or something 15 min before chewing if you have an empty stomach, just in case. Also, I've only used the 20 pc Nicorette, and I hated the little slide pack where it's hard to tell how many you have left. Idk how the larger packs come, but I really like that these 100 cts are in blister cards that you can tear off just how many you want & see exactly how many are left. I'll probably use them more often because of that convenience - I can keep some in my medicine cabinet, glove compartment, purse & pocket.
