A: you can add a non-slip pad to prevent the mattress from sliding around.
A: Use a rug pad, those things you put under rugs to prevent them from sliding around. It will grip the mattress and no problems.
A: Yes it actually does. unless it is going to be used in a corner, not the best choice.
A: someone on line suggested putting a rug pad between the frame and mattress or bed skirt.
A: No it will typically stay in place but that may depend on the weight and density of the mattress. An air mattress might move around but a regular foam mattress should stay in place
A: A little bit. But you won't slide out of bed.
A: You may need a ladder/step stool to climb on the bed if you use both box spring and mattress. The purpose of this frame is to eliminate the need of a box spring and provide much more under bed storage.
A: Yes. It is just like a metal platform.
A: You can use a box spring. however, you bed might be a little too high.
A: you definitely can, but you don't necessarily have to. the frame supports the mattress just fine to be honest. Having the box spring and then the mattress will lift up your bed higher too, so just keep that in mind as well.
A: I am 5' 9" and have a pillow top mattress, the top of the mattress is about 6" above my knee
A: 250 Lbs for the Twin. 500 Lbs for Full, Queen and King Size.
A: Sorry, I don't know the answer to that but is pretty sturdy.
A: If I'm not mistaken I believe it's 800lbs
A: I don't know, but my son uses it and he is 6ft tall and about 165lbs.
A: A little less than normal bed. Also there is a leg in the middle, Which restricts some.
A: there is a middle support bar which might prevent some things to go underneath.
A: I'd say about 2 or 3 long under the bed bins
A: All you get is a frame. You would need to buy everything else. Not hard to put together at all.
A: You don’t need a box spring. The whole purpose of this frame is to eliminate the need of a box spring and you get extra under bed storage instead. It’s used with all different types of mattresses. Mattress is sold separately. Yes it requires assembly since it would be difficult to ship fully set up, but it requires no tools and just snaps into place.
A: this Smartbase comes by itself. mattress and any other accessories are sold separately.
A: About 10 to 15 minutes tops. Not complicated at all
A: No tools. It snaps into place.
A: it is fairly simple to assemble. it should not take you long.
A: You do not need a box spring. We put a 3 1/2 inch mattress toppwr on it and it works great. You can fold it up and transport very easy. One of my Top purchases. One of the best things I have bought.
A: This can be used without a box spring. That is how we are using it with no problems.
A: This Smartbase can be used without a box spring.
A: It’s a new technology where the bolts snap into place and makes it much quiter than a typical bed frame.
A: this SmartBase does not squeak.
A: No it is not. I've had mine for over a year and only a few places make noise
A: I purchased the brackets and successfully attached a headboard to the twin frame I bought for my daughter's room. It has held up fine after more than a year of use.

A: You will need to purchase our Smart Base Brackets to attach your existing head/foot board to our Smart Base style bed frames (excluding the MyEuro Smart Base Frame).
A: Yes. That is how we have it too.
A: We do not recommend it as it is not made to split apart and will not provide stable support.
A: It should work. The king size does split into two pieces. Or you can just purchase two twin xl frames and push them together.
