  • A: Hi Kaylyn! To have the water come out of the hose, you first fill the tank with water (the tank is under the grey lid on top of the truck), then use the pump behind the truck's cabin. My 4 year old loved this firetruck the minute he laid eyes on it. The size is great, the fact that it has a functional water hose is even better. The only disappointment about this firetruck is that the lights and sound don't function as they should. We replaced the batteries and tried everything so I think it's a wiring issue. My son is crushed that the lights and sound don't work but Target has been more than helpful with figuring out a way to fix this issue.
