submitted byBattat Team - 5 years agoA: Hi Kaylyn! To have the water come out of the hose, you first fill the tank with water (the tank is under the grey lid on top of the truck), then use the pump behind the truck's cabin. On the DRIVEN website, there is a video describing the functions of the toy. Hope this helps, and enjoy playing with the DRIVEN Fire Truck!
