This shoe emergency kit is a good solution. I keep them in my car for emergency use. It includes 4 types of gel cushions. Just remove the adhesive backing and position them in place firmly. Easy to use & they are actually reusable! Just wash with soap & water to restore the adhesive. It also has the blister preventer in the kit. Great for breaking in new footwear but heavy fragrance to me.

Every now and then I have issues with my shoes. Some shoes a a little too narrow and causes discomfort on my toe. I the past I tried cushions, but they only made the shoe tighter. I received Fab Feet Women's by Foot Petals Gel Shoe Cushions Emergency Kit in exchange for my honest opinion. I used the blister preventer stick to alleviate the pain. I used the ball of foot cushions in my booties to help keep the pain away. I didn’t have to take as many seated breaks during events when I wore that particular pair of boots. Everything I’ve tried so far has helped with foot pain. I love the fact that the cushions are clear and reusable. They’re small enough to fit in a purse to carry for and emergency situation.

The best part of this kit hands down is the blister preventer stick. I kept this in my bag and reapplied it a few times during my work day on a pair of heels that I was breaking in. It had a light floral scent. I felt that it was a bit of trial and error to not press the stick too hard otherwise it would just go everywhere. The gel cushions were all just a few millimeters thick and had great flex. It was super sticky as soon as I removed them off the plastic and then after touching it several minutes I washed them. It was truly just as sticky as it had been when I initially took them off. Inside of these cushions had many line segments which helped attach on any area of the shoe. Overall this product helped make the breaking in process much less painful and quicker because I could wear them longer.

I know these are geared towards women’s heels, but these have been a game changer for our hockey family! My son recently got a larger pair of skates and the ankle area was giving him tons of trouble, but the gel cushions in this kit have completely solved his issues. They stuck on easily and stay in place, even with all the turns, twists, and sweat that comes when playing hockey, and the variety of sizes offer so many options to prevent painful spots and blisters. The balm stick also does an amazing job at preventing friction blisters. I’ve been using these larger gel pad with a pair of my heels that were uncomfortable and they’ve definitely given me some relief there as well. I’ll be keeping one of these shoe emergency kits in all of my kids’ hockey bags from now on!

Love this pack of items to help our feet and toes feel good. Love the items to help in times when our toes & feet have strain. It’s great to have things that will help when you’re out and about to alleviate foot pain.

My daughter’s heels were hurting with her new shoes and these solved the problem. The pads are so soft and squishy and not firm at all. They form to the heel and make it much more comfortable for her to wear her shoes. The sticky side is very sticky and has not budged in the few weeks she has had them.

This came with ball of foot gel, back of heel, spit dots and strips. Great for any type of shoe. So far I have used the heel cushion on a pair of flats that kept giving me blisters. The flats were a lot more comfortable with the cushion at the back.

Love this set of foot care items! I used the bigger heal pads in a pair of flats that I have had for a long time and the padding had worn out a long time ago and they feel as cushy as the day they were purchased! I’m very hopeful for the blister protector stick! Going to use it on an upcoming trip that I plan to do a lot of waking! I will probably buy another set to put in my luggage just in case!

These are good in an emergency not for everyday use. They do not stick very well at all. The heels immediately pulled off (30 minutes). The others stayed a little longer.

These are great. They definitely made my heels more comfy. I had a buckle that would scratch my ankle every time I took a step. But with the strips, voila! Issue resolved. I used a bit of super glue to keep them on. I was okay with this since I knew I wouldn’t be wearing the shoes without the cushion anyways. For the larger pad, I’ve never had it fall out while walking, but it will pop off once my shoes are removed. So I’m going to use a little super glue there too.

These are the best shoe cushions I've tried. I put them on heels a year ago and they haven't unstuck yet. They keep my feet from sliding so I never get blisters with those heels.

The idea and concept is the best this item provides. I had some super tall heels and the adhesive was coming off after 3 hours. The bald for it didn’t feel like it made a difference. I had to use all pieces to cover most of the shoe. The hood part about the adhesive is that it’s not tacky enough to stay in the shoes or make a mess in your feet.

i really liked the variety of this pack. i haven’t used the blister balm though. the gel pads stick well and i use them for my work shoes that i’m always wearing (boots & oxfords). it definitely helps out with preventing blisters or soreness from the leather. i’m a bit shocked with the bad ratings, maybe they’ve been updated since?

These are awful. They don't stick to the shoes!

The gel shoe cushions to not stay in place. The heel cushions fell out of my shoe while I was walking. The rub stick works but you can buy that separately.
