Add comfort anywhere you feel pressure to help prevent uncomfortable friction and blisters. Directions: place in shoe to find your fit before removing adhesive backing, remove adhesive backing, position in clean and dry area of your shoe, and press firmly in place.

how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

Remember, this chart can only approximate your true shoe size. Finding a shoe that fits also depends on brand, style and individual. To find the best fit, we recommend visiting a Target store to try on different shoe sizes & styles.

It saves a pair of shows I almost gave up on. It’s discreet and matches with the shoes color and definitely adds comfort. Wish it had come with more in the same color. There are only three black and three skin dots in one package.

These are great to have on hand when breaking in new shoes. I always seem to have trouble with blisters on my big toes in new shoes, and these offer great protection from friction. I do wish the adhesive on them was a bit stronger, so they would stay in place a bit longer, but they are easy to apply and work well when they are in place.

We got these at first just to have but we weren't sure when we would need them. My daughter is in Irish dance class and she is constantly getting blisters and irritation from her gillies. We decided to place these inside of them and give them a try. It has been about a month now and they have far surpassed our expectations. These patches have stayed in place, and done their job very well. We really liked the different colors because they work well based on where we place them. These will definitely be a repeat buy when we eventually need to replace them.

These spot cushions are ok, but not great. I've tried them on my young daughter's shoes, as well as my own. These foot petals did help to prevent blisters on the back of my daughter's ankles, but only lasted one use. It seems wasteful to need to use a new dot every time you wear your shoes. I think these are a good concept, but the execution isn't great. I'd love to see these with a stronger adhesive, made to last more than one wear.

These spot cushions are great to help with friction from shoes that may be rubbing against your feet. These are soft and easy to apply, which gives you instant relief from pain. They come in nude and black.

Fabfeet spot dot cushions by foot petals are awesome, comforting cushions that definitely help my feet out. I walk roughly 1-3 miles a day 5 out 7 days & depending on which sneakers I wear there's a lot of friction & placing these spot dot cushions in the heel of my sneaker or in the pinky toe area sure makes my walks easier & less painful. These spot dot cushions have definitely saved my feet from some painful circumstances. They are very easy to use and place inside of my sneakers & work wonders. I am very happy to have found Fabfeet spot dot cushions A LIFE SAVER AND CHANGER. Great value. Surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be buying more for my other sneakers. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I like the size of these shoe tabs and how well they stay put in my footwear. I use them in my running shoes in spots that text to bother my heels and I’ve had success with that. Haven’t tried with more fancy shoes though.

These spots dots are amazing! I walk 2 miles/day and got a blister from switching shoes. I put a spot dot on the back of the heal part of my shoe and it made my walk so much for comfortable. I love that they come in multiple colors to hide them. They are very squishy. They also remove easily and could potentially be used again if there is any stick left.

I like how soft the dots are and they provide relief from friction. I like that the dots come in nude and black colors to match most my shoes, although it doesn't really matter if they dont show while wearing the shoe. These are convenient, soft, and provide relief. I wear them in my new sandals where I was previously rubbing and getting blisters.

I'm not sure why, but these did not work for me. I placed them on the rough spots on some slide on shoes, but my shoes were still uncomfortable. I even tried moving them around, just in case I placed them on the wrong spot, but nothing helped.

Never have any issues. They stock really well in all of my shoes. My go to booties I’ve been wearing for two winters now, still have them in place where they should be. I rely on these and I think they’re in all my shoes at this point they always hit the perfect spots!

These are a trial and error product and you must put shoes on with pressure points to mark the shoes properly. It will not stick to all fabrics. I have super cute uncomfortable shoes and these little guys made a huge difference. Clean the inside of the shoe with a little alcohol, dry then stick.
