A: Stainless steel bottle keeps drinks cool without chilling little hands. There is a built-in plastic drinking straw that shouldn't be sitting in hot liquids. It was designed to keep drinks cold for up to 5 hours

A: It is only leak proof when the lid is down. If the lid is up and it is dropped, it would spill out the straw opening.

Great cup while it lasted. This was our favorite cup until the lock for the lid broke and then shortly after that the top for the lid completely broke off. We bought a second one because our little one was that attached to it and the same exact thing happened with the second one. It's such a shame. We now have 2 stainless cup that are not usually bc they have lids that are poorly made. I wish I had read the reviews first to see how common a problem this was.

The plastic button that opens the lid only lasts a few months and there is no replacement option so whole bottle has to be thrown away.

I bought this for my son who loves orange...perfect size and I really like the straw which is a lot easier for him than some other water bottles we have. We used it everyday for about a month and I was going to get another as a backup and one for school. Then when I was washing it I noticed it started rusting on the inside (on the bottom where the stainless steel isn't smooth but has more of a brushed finish). So disappointed because he loved this water bottle.

I came to complain about the straw and saw that there are a lot of people complaining about the same issue. I hope skip Hope works on this and sells the Straws of this type of bottle separately, as the little bottle is great the perfect design our kids love it but unfortunately we have to throw it in the trash as they don't make replacement straws. It leaves me Upset because the bottle is not cheap.
