Contains talc. Which is cancerous. Beware! I bought the up and up biotin 5000 mcg instead which doesnt contain any talc. I like that one more!

This was the worse biotin vitamins I have ever taken. I am not one to completely hate on any product with talc in it. I still have certain makeup items with the ingredient, but this gave me side negative effects. Ingesting talc every single day, I noticed some severe changes within my body. I kept having trouble all around. Including skin, eyes, lady parts, etc. that I have never experiences before or in such a manner. There were too many things happening with my health while taking these that have never happen so aggresively before. I will not be purchasing these again as they contain talc in the ingredients list and I rather not be ingesting it into my body every single day. I tried to save money by buying this "affordable" suppliment. No more.

Only biotin that actually works for me

Felt nauseous, eventually threw up. Also, had a numb and tingly sensation throughout my body. I thought it was something else until I took the vitamin a second time with food. A few hours later felt the same side effects as I did the day before. Overall, worst experience with this product.

I have been taking this Biotin plus Keratin for years and my hair has never been better! It's cheaper and works better than any other hair and nail supplements out there!

Ive been taking these pills for about 2 weeks with Olly woman’s multivitamins and honestly I’ve been getting a lot of new growth on my roots. Less fallout. Super excited to see what my hair will look like in a month or 2.

The pill size is perfect and has a coating on it to swallow easily. It has really helped to improve the quality of my hair that is thinning. I take this daily. I also love the value of the UP & UP that is more affordable than the name brand options. It's nice to find this on sale which is even better.

I've been taking one pill per night for almost a year now. I have color-treated hair, and I was having a lot of problems with breakage despite trying everything (e.g., silk pillows, velvet hair ties, no heat tools, ALLLL the expensive products, even stopped coloring for a while.) Nothing was a true cure-all for the breakage. Finally, I decided to supplement Biotin and that has been the gamechanger. My hair stylist noticed the difference after only 2 months, and she still comments each time on how healthy and strong my hair feels now. And the added Keratin is great for my previously-brittle nails. I recommend adding this to your vitamin regimen!

This biotin dose is a huge dose so just be careful when using this product. It has worked great tho I love the high dose that with the keratin it's a great combo. I have used this product along side my hair loss prevention protocol and it has enhanced the results of my hair loss protocol.

I had high hopes for this.. but it made me so unbelievably nauseated, I couldn’t continue taking them.

I take medication that causes hair loss and this supplement has helped me slow down the hair loss and even grow back some of it. It’s a relatively small pill too, for those who can’t handle larger pills. I will keep purchasing as long as they have it.
