Bought this unit a couple of years ago. Love the functionality however have been trying to get replacement jars and lids. Have been told on multiple occassions that they are being shipped. Shipments cancelled with no follow-up. Very frustrating.

I bought it 2 months ago and used it twice with nothing but love for this machine. I pulled it out to use again and the red light comes on and the green start light does not. I can’t find anything on the internet to help me so here I sit with my very expensive broken machine☹️

We bought this for a Buffet themed party. There were a lot of wide open mouths watching the blenders at work.

I camp with a group of people so I though this would be great to have to mix several different drinks at one time to keep everyone happy and the machine performed flawlessly. I could not be happier. The drinks are smooth and cold , just perfect Great product for a great price

We've had ours for a month, using it at least five or six times each week. It's been a blast! And what an amazing way to get a party started, everyone is thrilled the first time they see it in action. Still trying to understand the differences between the blender settings, but it's been fun experimenting. The included recipes work fine, but we're still working to adapt our recipes for a standard blender to this machine. All drinks come out soooo smoooooooth, it's really restaurant quality. And we were pleasantly surprised with the reservoir in the back to catch the melt off the ice chamber - didn't see it mentioned in the write ups, but it is so important to keep the drinks from getting watered down. Very easy to use, high quality manufacturing, terrific looking, we could rave on and on, but it's time to go make another round. Cheers!

I love it so much. I thinking of ordering another one. We used it for my moms birthday party and everyone there loved it. I made a good purchase.

We bought this last month and we have used it almost daily! We LOVE IT!!! I wish they made a cover for it!!!!

A little disappointed in the size of the pitchers. I also think that the pitchers should be glass considering how much this cost. Finding this machine to be messier than the single margarita machine that we also have. It tends to slop one drink into another when the ice dispenser moves. We like the machine overall and it’s a great conversation piece at the lake house. But I think it’s a little overpriced.

Love this thing!!! A huge hit :) Fairly easy to clean. Don’t forget that it is big!!!
