Margaritaville Key West Frozen Concoction Maker Ice Shaver and Crusher Blue/Silver: 64oz Capacity, 450W, Dishwasher-Safe Parts

I have had this Key West model for a while and don't use it much. The first time use after a few months the motor jammed. The next time a few weeks later it worked fine. Two nights ago it did not dispense the second batch of ice to the pitcher.

The machine is awesome, the waiting period was the only reason I give it 4 stars. I had to wait two weeks for delivery. We enjoyed the first set of drinks and more to come. It was a big hit at the party. I would purchase again if i had to.

This is very easy to use. We have also used it to make slushy drinks for our kiddos. We did have 1 time where the ice shaved kind of froze up/ got clogged. We were able to easily fix it and continue making drinks.

I want to purchase the tote bag 1200-000-000 but I'm not sure it will fit, can someone anyone tell me if it fits this is my second machine. I gave my last one to my son he loves to have party's.

I bought a Maragritaville Key West 10 years ago, and nver regretted it. Bought the carrying case as well, and it goes everywhere with me! A traveling party. :-) After 10 years, I just had to replace it, and it's worth it!

I have given this concoction to each of my adult children as gifts. They love them! Not only do they use them for adult parties and drinks but have had great success making slushes for kids parties. I was a unique fun gift. Now I have to get one for us.

I've had this machine for a month and it's great, would recommend it to everyone.

We bought this machine to enjoy frozen drinks at home we first made some pina coladas with our Jamaican rum from Jamaica and I felt like I was at a resort

I've had mine for probably 3/4 years. Once margarita-season hits Arkansas we generally run one to two pitchers every weekend - so at least 16 times a season and, say three years, so 48 batches PLUS the kids were using it - so I'll throw in another 20 for kids slush drinks - 68 batches with NO repairs or issues. Still runs strong. HOWEVER - and this is the only problem - even though the upper funnel JUST drops shaved ice into the pitcher - sometimes when the blender starts it throws some drink UP into it - enough to make it sticky and eventually - kind of nasty - maybe even MOLD! SO clean, meaning hold machine upside down and lightly spray out that area- the bleach/water 30/70 solution then rinse would work. But FORGET about taking the beastie apart. Unless you get the spanner bits from Amazon, because you'll need them and a long thin small phillips head. I am going to take it apart (as I do everything eventually - except my wife and kids - because I love to tinker with things) and if it fails to work again it will go to the PARTS shelf in my shop and I'll buy another one (probably the same one LOL!). But I want to see what's NOT clean in it. I've also 'repaired' several dryers, washers, dishwashers, multiple vacuum cleaners and all kinds of old audio equipment. It's what I do. But that top plastic part needs to come off to clean - and now I've noticed what appears to be black slime in the water discharge of the rear 'water reservoir' - so there's stuff inside this that needs to be cleaned out. I'll let you know how it goes with photos later! Maybe even a youtube!

We’ve had a month or so and have been very pleased. While the extra accessories are nice we do not find ourselves using much other than the standard pitcher, though we have one occassion and they add to the deal. We went in the pretty modest expectations, but have no regrets and have recommended to the friends who’ve experienced and asked about. We tend to go the lazy route and use the mixers, but they have been great - the gradation and texture of the ice being the key. It takes a bit of practice to get the proportions just right but a real first world problem there. Once figured out it is quite easy. We definitely appreciate the larger ice reservoir over something smaller, if comparing. I rated a 4 because it is not perfect, but rightfully it is probably between 4 and 5. Our only complaint to date is my wife struggles to unscrew the ring with the blade on it, and I would agree it is a bit on the snug side and the lock button that holds it in place is very average, bordering on insufficient, especially if hands are even the slightest bit wet - and you are washing typically at that point so of course that is the case.

I bought this for my wife, because she loves frozen margaritas at the restaurant. We tried to make them at home and it always failed. Now.....every party we host....it’s the crown jewel! Love it

I bought this for my husband’s birthday last month and we love it! Also bought the carrying case and the salt tub. The machine is easy to use and makes the perfect margaritas by following the recipe included, just like Margaritaville! We are very happy with it and have been enjoying it immensely!

This product is amazing. We are able to make so many drinks that never came out right in the blender. The kids and their friends love making shaved ice. Great addition to our little beach house!!

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. Worth every penny! There is only one thing I was not happy with and that was the base. We used it once on the plastic cracked in half. We had to superglue it back together and then purchase another base. For the price of the machine I should not have had to buy more parts to fix it.

Bought for our Christmas present to each other. We absolutely love it. Makes great drinks easy. Have had others but by far the best.

Great Machine I bought this over a month ago just Love it.

I was skeptical about how fine it would actually shave the ice and blend for drinks, but after using it several times it is better than most any bar frozen drink u will buy. We just visited Maui and had an $18 Pina, and at the bottom of the glass was 5 chunks of ice. Not w this baby! I am very pleased w the finial product but just know it is a large appliance!
