I want to start with I actually really like this candle. You can set it to "timer" so it will light up on its own every night. I purchased these at the store before, and wanted a couple more so I ordered them online. They were packaged so poorly. The candles were literally just rolling around in a box with no paper or wrapping. One of the candles was completely broken. Very disappointed.

Unwrapped the candle and it literally split in half :( The other one I purchased has a “try me” feature on it (pictured) and the broken one did not do May have been a return? It was also super chipped up as well :(

WHY? What could you possibly be doing with an led candle that you need the snap battery cover SCREWED in?! I bought 3. The first one I literally needed a pair of pliers to twist the screwdriver until it came out, I could not with my bare hands anytime I tried, it didn’t even “loosen”. The other 2 stripped & I had to break the battery cover off in pieces with the pliers. It’s actually ridiculous

This is a great candle….exactly what I was looking for. However, the small screw on the battery compartment was stripped. As this is the second one I have had to return for same problem I will not be ordering again.

Gorgeous candle - exactly what I wanted - looks real. Tried some cheaper ones from Amazon first & hated how fake they looked. But 2 out of 3 of mine arrived broken which was a hassle & the packaging is a nightmare to remove! Especially the small screw in the battery compartment! But if you can get past those obstacles, you will love it!

The Threshold Black Wick Flameless Candle has a small screw that secures the battery compartment. The screw is so tightly installed that it immediately strips upon effort to remove it. This occurred on six out of eight candles that I purchased. Another challenge is to find a candle that isn't cracked. The two candles that weren't cracked and had a screw that was removable work just fine. Unfortunately I won't be buying anymore of these candles.

The wax is cracked and you can’t get the packaging off without damaging it further, I can’t get the screw out of the battery cover because it stripped right away. Cheap junk.

Ordered this candle online to go with a large lantern. I was completely shocked that the top portion is oval. The dimensions are deceiving because the bottom is round and is in fact 4 x 4 inches. I bought a smaller size in this line and it is round on top and bottom. Why would the taller one be different? Not sure if I'm going to keep it.
