At this time, the tumbler is not available to purchase separately, but most cups should fit underneath the spout of the iced coffeemaker. Just ensure you keep the same ratio of water-grounds-ice to create the best tasting iced coffee!

A: Ice is required to use the unit as instructed. It brews concentrated hot coffee over the ice to make a good cup of iced coffee.

A: The manual you can use any blend of coffee (one scoop) however if you want a bolder cup of iced coffee, you can use 1 1/2 to 3 scoops.

It’s alright. The coffee comes out hot , it says it come out strong to make the right strength within the ice melts but to me it just tastes watered down.

This hot, concentrated coffee is brewed over a full tumbler of ice, going through the RapidChill™ brewing process and leaving you with flavorful coffee that’s never watered down. Here's a tip! You can use larger pieces of ice for better results as these will melt slower and give you ice in your drink a little longer! Also, ensure you have filled the tumbler to the ice marking level. Okay so I've had this coffee maker for over a year now and am now severely addicted to caffeine so I think I can tell you what's what. So the whole idea behind this coffee maker is that it makes super concentrated HOT coffee so when it melts most of the ice in your tumbler, it is the right concentration. Some people complain that it isn't cold after, and to that I say just put in like three more cubes of ice and it will be the right coldness (for me, anyway). It does leak out of the spout sometimes when it is closed but just wipe it up? Even if it does, it's only like one or two drips. It doesn't happen too often to hinder me from using it. I have cleaned the machine a couple times and it's a breeze, there are only three pieces to the machine itself: the body, the removable basket, and the reusable coffee filter that goes in the basket. I have put the entire body of the machine (connects to the power cord) in the sink and scrubbed it so if you also do that, I recommend that you dry it off really well before plugging it back in. All in all, it makes great coffee and I got it on sale at the end of 2022 so it has been definitely worth it for me. Quick and easy, good coffee, doesn't take much counter space.

Everyone else was correct and I should’ve listened. Overall a horrible coffee maker and I am not a coffee snob. I switched from instant coffee to this machine to elevate my experience. Trash. The filter doesn’t properly filter the grounds, there’s a ton of residue. The machine leaks water, so you can’t prep your coffee overnight and simply turn it on in the morning. The coffee comes out popping hot anyway so how is it an iced coffee machine? The machine itself is as light as 2 pieces of paper. Save your money and buy a slightly more expensive machine

Leaks coffee even when the valve is set to closed.. coffee taste good but it does come out hot and is just put over ice. Seems like it would be similar to just using a regular coffee maker with extra coffee grinds to make it less watered down once the ice melts. Or make coffee and leaving it in the fridge to get cold

For a possible fix, please check the hose in the reservoir, make sure it is snug on connection. Also, check the filter basket for any drips down the back of the basket onto the trip arm and drip plate. Ensure to use medium grounds and make sure that the water is not exceeding the max line in the water reservoir. This little machine has saved us so much money. My husband loves a certain places’ iced coffees, so he was spending at least $5 a day. I bought this as a way to help save money and allow him more control over his coffee. It has worked exactly as intended. He uses it almost every day and it paid for itself within the first week. It’s easy to use, and makes amazing iced coffees. Definitely recommended!

Waste of money...I used a whole tray of ice, and it's not cold. I'll just brew coffee and save it. It tastes much better than using this machine.

If your coffee maker is not turning on, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the coffee brewer and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the unit into a different wall outlet and see if it will work. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. Your Mr. Coffee® Iced Coffee Maker has a 1-year limited warranty. Like: -Saves me money on iced drinks -Doesn’t need special K-cups and whatnot -Doesn’t need disposable filters (unless you rip the reusable filter it comes with) -Easy to transport -Not a lot of parts to clean -Customizable drinks in terms of how strong you like it and what sizes etc. -Comes with a cup with measured lines to get a hang of the whole ratios thing Dislike: -You either need an ice machine or a lot of ice cube trays -Slight learning curve, similar to using a regular coffee maker but you have to know the ratio of coffee to water for your preferences + what size you’re making -The water line on the cup is way too high imo, if you’re the type to add a ton of milk or creamer. Do about 2/3 of the amount they tell you to put.

I liked it. Easy enough to clean. Yes it only puts hot coffee over ice, but what do you think ice coffee is. The sad thing is it is now broken after 3 months of not even daily use. Faulty power button. Seems common based on reviews. Can we go back to making things well. The button is broken, a good old fashioned switch would still be there

Most of the reviews for this are bad but I love it. The coffee made with this is much better than trying to make an iced coffee with my Keurig even though the coffee is warm when it comes out. I just wait to put the ice until after the coffee has brewed and I have no problem with watered down coffee. I use Starbucks pike place coffee and it tastes just like the iced coffee from Starbucks.
