Q: Can this br charged using my computers USB port?

Q: The volume for the Bluetooth is very quiet. When it’s on the radio settings, it’s way louder. I have the volume up all the way on the radio and on my phone.
A: Hello LG! Thank you for reaching out with this great question! Typically when this happens we suggest the following troubleshooting tips. "If you find that the radio AM/FM volume seems much louder than the volume you get when you play music via Bluetooth, then it is likely that the volume on your device that you are sending the music through is turned down. The volume on your device may be turned all the way up, but then when you Bluetooth connect it to the radio it can auto adjust to a lower volume setting. We suggest connecting the radio to your device via Bluetooth, then adjusting the volume on your device all the way up, and then using the radio volume knob to adjust the volume. This should get you the maximum volume output available." However, it looks like you already did this. So, if you still find the volume to be significantly quieter when listening to Bluetooth versus the AM/FM radio then we would suggest exchanging the product at Target as it may be defective. Q: For the radio, am I just limited to the range that I see in the screen? For example, for AM I only see the stations between 53-171. For FM I only see 87-108. Is there a way to get to 102.7FM or 710AM?
A: It's an analog dial, so for the FM example of 102.7 you'd tune to a little past the 102 mark. The AM dial has a marker of "x10 KHz", so it goes from 530-1710AM. 710AM would be just past the "70" mark.

Q: The device is automatically unpairing, powering off seconds after turning on, or simply not turning on. What should I do?
A: Hello Melb, Thank you for reaching out! We are sorry for the bad experience. Based upon your issue description, we believe the problem has something to do with the battery. Please ensure the power supply being used works with at least 5V 1A input, then plug the radio in for charing, ensure that the red light is on for charging, then charge and confirm that the red light turns off indicating a full charge. After fully charging try using the unit again and if the same issue persists then please return the unit to Target for a new one. Q: If I bought two of these speakers, could they be paired simultaneously to one device? I’m wondering if I could play music from one phone to two or more speakers.
A: Hello Erininlove, Thank you for reaching out! This Hearth & Hand Portable AM/FM Bluetooth Radio is a one-to-one connection that transmits or receives. It does not support one-to-many connections or TWS serial connections. Therefore, even if the mobile phone can connect two or more devices at the same time, it cannot realize the synchronous sound of two or more devices. We hope this information helps. Q: Can this play a usb that has music on it? Or is there only a usb port for charging?
A: Thank you for reaching out with this great question! The Micro USB port can only be used for charging. In order to play music from a USB you would need a system that could read the USB drive and then have a display screen to sort through the files on that drive. This Radio does not have that capability. You can enjoy music or other media on our Portable Blue Tooth Radio in AM, FM, AUX, or Bluetooth Mode. This Radio is also capable of sending out a Bluetooth signal so that it can connect to something like a wireless headset, at which time you could listen to the AM/FM radio or AUX input through your Radio's bluetooth signal. Q: I cannot get this speaker to pair with my phone..I have a galaxy A53. I have the speaker set to bluetooth and rx and I've scanned for devices with my phone and it doesn't find it. I think the paperwork was lost. Any suggestions before I return it?
A: Hello Carla! Thank you for reaching out with this question! It sounds like you are doing the pairing process correctly, so our best troubleshooting advice would be to make sure that the radio has a full charge, then turn the radio off and turn your phone off, then turn both the radio and your phone back on and try the pairing process again. Turn the volume dial up to turn the radio on, then turn the middle dial to BT mode, then open up the Bluetooth pairing screen in your phone's settings, then look for a Bluetooth device called "Hearth & Home XX". Then tap on it to pair. We hope these tips help, but if not the unit may be defective and should be exchanged at Target for a new one.
