Q: What are the coffee strength options? Is it just "rich" and "classic" brew, or is there a stronger option for iced coffee? Also wondering if there is an option to turn off the warmer and clock display

A: Yes, you can press the strength button and it will illumiate to show that you selected a rich brew. Press the button again turn off the indicator light and it will brew a classic brew. Those are the only two options. You would need to turn off the machine to turn off the warmer option. The clock will stay illuminated at all times.

A: You can use less watter and grounds and make less cups if you wish. The water level window shows how many cups of water you have poured into the machine.

Q: I search for a retractable cord coffee maker and this one came up. I assume it has a retractable cord correct?

A: The coffeemaker does not hae a retactable cord. The bottom of the coffeemaker has a storage channel that you can use to hide excess cord so it is not lying on the counterop.

First the Haden Heritage 12 cup drip coffee maker us nice looking and has a small footprint - much smaller in height than my old coffee maker. Nice surpise. I was also surprised that for the cost, it is entirely made of plastic, not including the glass coffee pot. It works great and is relatively quick to brew a full pot of coffee. I used paper filters - they held more coffee than the permanent filter included. Good coffee of course that depends on the type of coffee you use. At first the drip mechanism did not keep coffee from dripping when the pot is removed while brewing. However, after a about 5 cycles of brewing, the dripping stopped. I would recommend.

Horrible coffee pot. Does not brew all the way, leaks all over the place. And is in imperial not metric, which makes it hard to measure..

The drip stop doesn’t work at all. The pot sits too low on the warming plate so the coffee drips and runs all over the pot lid. Drips down the sides of the pot and runs through the plate puddling on the counter under the unit. Also splatters all over the counter next to the unit! Love the look (the ONLY reason it even got one star). Sadly I don’t have the box anymore but it is probably going back to Target anyway. Unacceptable quality

I got this cos I’m sick of my kuerig and I love this. The filter is reusable so you don’t need paper filters. It’s simple, the buttons are straightforward, it brewed fast and it’s adorable! Coffee is very hot .

Great looking coffee maker with easy set up and easy use. Reusable filter is also great asset. The package also arrived unexpectedly the day after I ordered it when thecedtimate was a day or two.
Have the white and love the way it looks on my counter, however, the materials are definitely cheap. It makes great coffee! I dont think its worth the high price though. Maybe on sale!

I just received this through the mail and for the price, it is not worth it. It's cute but it's completely plastic outside of the glass carafe. If it was half the price, it may be worth it. I like the vintage look but I don't see it holding up for long with it being so flimsy. I am returning. Such a disappointment.

Love the look of the coffee maker. Very simple functions, nothing fancy. After a few months of use and wash, the printing on the coffee carafe which tells us where to fill the water line to is coming off.
