Q: How best to remove coffee stain from the carafe? Soap and water, white vinegar and water or top of dishwasher did not do it.

A: I use bleach water, wash it out, then run it thru the dishwasher. crystal clear!

A: #4 cone. Mine came with a reusable gold tone filter (no promises that the current models come with one). DO NOT use them both at the same time.

The first pot will be brewed, and then the machine will not brew again until it has cooled down. There are so many technical issues with this machine. Ninja usually makes reliable products, but they failed with the coffee maker.

The coffee maker over all is OK. However I like my coffee hot and this coffee maker doesn't brew to hot and you have to leave the coffee sitting on the burner so the coffee gets hot enough or microwave it. I'm my opinion if the water is not hot enough the flavor is not as great. Also the canister where you put the water leaks.

Followed the directions, turned on the power, and it just incessantly beeps. This isn't covered in the troubleshooting guide. Ninja technical support agreed that this is was a quality defect, then asked me for $25 to replace it under warranty. Never buying anything from Ninja ever again.

I had this coffee maker for less than 3 years and this morning the boiler plate melted. Thankfully it has an alarm (hence me giving it 3 stars) so no fire was started, but it is now unusable. My Mr. coffee pot (cheaper) lasted a decade. I’m seeing others with similar quality issues. It was great while lasted, but at that price not worth it for 3 years.

We have very hard water and regular coffee pots never last more than 1 year. Have had this going on 4 years and have never had a problem. I fill the reservoir with vinegar once clean 1 time a month, and fill it with water once clean clean after. It still works like new. I would buy again if my current one stopped working.

It is a nice looking coffee maker, great design, but the coffee is not hot, just luke warm. So they think it is piping hot, not at all! I usually put 2 ice cubes in my cup, this I can pick up and drink with no ice. Returning it, have had it for just two days.

We didn’t have this coffee pot for very long. This morning after brewing a pot of coffee, it started smoking and producing a burning plastic smell. It was immediately turned off and unplugged. Now after reading the reviews, it seems like this is a common occurrence!

I bought this coffee maker 2 times and both times it only lasted 11-12 months. Not even a full year. I do love the way it looks and how it made the coffee taste. I wish this lasted longer. I expected a lot more out of Ninja.

Have a good look coffee maker. I like that you can remove the water reservoir to clean. That was me buy this coffee maker. The taste of the coffee was not that good I think a $20 coffee maker will do that same Job as brewing as this coffee maker. My 3 star is because this coffee maker last me around 12 months. For the price I was expecting a least 3 years or more.

This coffee maker costs less than my go to Cuisinart brand. I bought this mainly because I liked the idea of a removable water reservoir. The water reservoir after only a week was showing black debris around the bottom of it where the water would be pulled into the brewing system. I soaked it and tried to clean it, but even my bottle brush couldn't get it clean. Gross! I'm very disappointed and I am going to return it and go back to Cuisinart.

This coffee maker lasted us almost two years, and is now leaking all over the counter. That might be good enough for some people, but my last coffee pot lasted 15 years before breaking, and I expected a lot more longevity out of Ninja.

Bought the first one and liked it, after about 12-13 months it just stopped working, no warning, just woke up to NO COFFEE!! Thought it was a fluke so purchased the same one again. That was at the end of July of 2023. Mid-September of 2024 and woke up again today to NO COFFEE!! This time I will purchase a different brand, $80 for a coffee pot that only lasts me about a year is not very cost-effective. I would expect a year out of a $20 coffeemaker but at least several years from an $80 model. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Ninja!!

Sadly, very cheaply made and only lasted a few years. The quality of the coffee was hit or miss, the clock display burnt out quickly, and eventually none of the control panel buttons worked any longer.
