My review is for Target not the Barbie house. Hoping this will get me some help somehow. Delivery was days late then delivery instructions were not followed resulting in my children seeing their Christmas gift. I decided to return and purchase something else… this is where target comes in. The entire process has been a NIGHTMARE. Package was originally brought via FedEx. When I called Target for my return the representative asked if I would like to drop off or have my package picked up. I chose pickup because there is no FedEx location in my area. She said carrier would bring the label and pickup the following Monday. On pickup day USPS pulls up to my house to pickup a 35lb package for a scheduled return. No one else in our home had a return. They took the Barbie house leading to a days long issue with my post office. After making SEVERAL calls to Target I FINALLY reached someone who emailed me a USPS label which I took to my post office. I followed up 2 weeks later on the app after noticing my refund has not came through. It says “waiting for return.” Now I have spent the last hour searching online for an email or chat or anything to avoid another useless lengthy phone call with a representative who will only cause me further problems. I will NEVER order from target again.

My daughter loved the Barbie house!!! But after we were done building it we noticed that we were missing a piece for that helps elevator go up and down. We doubled check the box and the bags but nothing. Couldn’t find.

Ordered and had delivered for my daughter’s birthday. Went to put it together, and halfway through discovered that 2 major pieces were broken. I was so upset that I had to take apart what I already built, repack everything, and carry this huge box into Target for a refund. Getting broken or damaged products when I order from Target online has been a theme now I’ve noticed.

The smallest piece missing

Every single piece was there EXCEPT the tiny nail needed to hold the elevator door in place...I sat back and yelled Nooooo! Now I have to figure out how to obtain this tiny nail. After reading reviews I will also have to check the sounds. I will update once resolved! Other than that everything was snmoith and it was very easy to build but that tiny nail is blowing me right now. Just giving one star for now until I get answers on how to resolve. I live across from a Target so I will go in the morning, more updates to come!
