Exactly what I wanted. All the benefits without any of the extra stuff. I have noticed a difference when taking the CALM Mind before bed. I have restless leg syndrome and I have noticeably less movement in my legs at night when I take a Magnesium supplement.

However, let me be the first to tell you that this product was not bad! If you're nervous, consider trying it with a nice juice cocktail such as cranberry.
