Really helpful for workout performance, I'm sure it would help with other activities requiring concentration and energy. Definitely makes it easier to complete my HIIT! I can't use caffeine anytime after 12 so I use this for early morning workouts. I've struggled with the stack I ordered because it seems to bother my stomach some (IBS-D) so I have to be strategic about using them. I like to be able to use supplements consistently to really figure out if it actually works and is worth purchasing again. I'd recommend!

This supplement has been helpful to have in my workshop. Later in the day, after lunch when I start to drag a bit, I take a scoop of this with Performance Surge as well. While I personally find the flavored drink mixes like Pulse much more appealing - compared to this unflavored one - it's a decent alternative if aren't a fan of Stevia. I certainly prefer it to coffee.

So far I'm mixing it with one scoop of Surge. I do find on mornings I use it that I am nicely focused in my workout. I also feel like the focus lasts for several hours into my morning, which is nice. I find I need to shake it very well to get it all mixed in. Sometimes there's some powder not dissolved at the bottom of the cup. Overall, it's ok. Not sure if it's worth it over just using the preworkout, though.

I like to add this to my pulse pre workout on the days I am planning on moving some weight, and on my lighter days I'll take this with the performance surge. I work out super early in the morning so this gives me the energy I need!

I was excited to give this a try and cut out other caffeine drinks. I already use Pulse and Recharge. I love how it makes me feel, I'm focused and energized without any jitter or crash. However, I can't find anything to mix it with. My initial plan was to mix it into my LMNT, that one was gross. Tried some Mio, that was ok but too much extra to carry because mio is a liquid I can't premix for travel. Tried Crystal Light and had to dump it. Is it just me? Everyone else says there is no flavor but I'm struggling with the flavor.
