A: Hey there Catmom - Our All-Purpose Wipes are for general mutli-surface cleaning, but are not registered as a disinfectant (which is regulated to kill germs). Q: I understand the product itself is compostable and environmentally friendly, but what about the exterior packaging of the refill (not the dispenser)?

A: Hey there Donna, we're so glad you found Biom! You are correct, the wipes themselves are 100% plant-based and home compostable, but the packaging that the wipes come in are made of Recycle 7 Material. We recommend consulting your local municipal recycling guidelines (every city is different!), but we are also working on testing and implementing Recycle 4 Material for packaging which is even more widely recyclable nationwide!

Don't do it. I liked the canister, but it was expensive for what it is, but in a moment of weakness bought it (didn't even come with wipes). Through the whole of the useage the wipes would not pull up and through correctly, so you need to open the lid and force them through the hole (which came off and was difficult to get back). Going back to the old wipes after 1 packet, don't waste your money

1. Didn't realize till after I got them home that there are not disinfecting wipes. They're just" cleaning" wipes 2. The package when I opened it was basically dried out so couldn't really wipe anything down with them anyway. I want a cleaning wipe. Not a wipe I can use on my face. They're two very very different things

I like this product overall but the holding case that you reload them into seems too high. It is nice that they are plastic free but there are other good options as well. They seem to clean well overall and the scent is decent.

Beyond smelling absolutely incredible, the Lavender Ease Biom Wipes clean any surface extremely well. I love that they are plant based and plastic free. I can really trust that I am using clean products in my home, which is very important to me and my health. I'll be buying these again for sure and recommend them to everyone!

These wipes are a game-changer for quick and effective cleaning! They were sent to me for free to try and I love how I can put them in the compost bin! Today's wipes will be next year's vegetables! The scent is calming without being overpowering, and they leave surfaces sparkling clean. I love that they are gentle yet tough on messes, making them perfect for everyday use around the house.

I was given a free product in exchange for a review. I think these are my new favorite cleaning wipes. I have a messy toddler at home who often eats food off of our kitchen island so it's super important that whatever product I use on our countertops are free from all the harmful stuff. I have a sensitive nose too so I love that these are only lightly scented. As a bonus, I love that they are plant-based and compostable which is super important to us.

I received this product, complimentary of Biom, for review. Wipes have become an essential aspect of pur cleaning routine. Over time, we began to realize the true impact that it had in terms of waste. Switching to that which are more eco-friendly has been a real game-changer. I love that most used wipes can be put directly into our compost. I've also really been enjoying the lavender scent, which is very true to its herbal fragrance. The dispenser is easy to refill and looks great in our kitchen. Can't wait to try the other scents!

I was gifted these in exchange for an honest review! Okay so for me why I was intrigued by these wipes is because I have a son, so to me he is my priority! Knowing these are safer than traditional wipes made me want to know more. They are non-toxic, fragrance-free, cruelty free, plant bases and much more! This made me fall in love with these wipes knowing that if there were a chance that my son got a hold of these wipes, I’d know he be okay! I have been using these wipes to clean and wipe down every surface in my house from my counter, to kitchen table, and my son’s bottles if they fall on the floor! I love how good they smell as well! I think for me this is a wipe I’m sticking too!

As a mom of 5 kiddos with sensitive skin, these have been amazing! First, they are so soft, and super gentle on their eczema-prone skin, but at the same time they actually CLEAN. Second, I love that they are compostable, it makes my mom heart feel a bit better. Bonus: unlike other "natural" or "sensitive" wipes, these all smell amazing!

Finally, an eco-friendly alternative to the millions of tons of plastic waste polluting our environment. Biom wipes are gentle enough to use on my kid’s faces, clean great, and smell divine. The dispensers work very well and look great on my countertop. Wonderful product!!
