We can’t disclose the exact % of Glycolic Acid or Lactic Acid in FR Pads as this is proprietary information but we can confirm that the level is under 5%. the pads were formulated to be gentle enough for daily use, gentle enough to use on sensitive skin and gentle enough to not run the risk of causing skin photosensitivity.

I had been using Sunday Riley Good Genes and I love the product, just don't love the price. I started searching for an alternative and found these Facial Radiance Pads. OMG these things are awesome! I am in my 40s with aging and acne prone skin. I also have large pores, redness, and acne scars. I have been using these pads for a few weeks now and I have to say, they are a game changer for me. My skin definitely looks more radiant and is glowing! I am so happy to have found them and they are now a permanent addition to my skincare routine!

I'm thrilled with this purchase! I initially bought it based solely on the reviews, and to my delight, it truly delivers on its promises. I've always struggled with tiny bumps on the corners of my nose bridge, but after using this product twice daily for just two days, they completely disappeared. I'm absolutely ecstatic with the results. There is a slight stinging sensation when I exfoliate, but it only lasts for a few seconds and isn't a significant issue for me. This product has definitely earned its place as my holy grail skincare item!

I have always struggled with glycolic acid being too harsh for my skin, even at low percentages. I've tried multiple brands that have wreaked havoc on my face. I was recently gifted this product which I tried with hesitation given my experience with other brands. I am floored. This product felt so gentle upon application it was almost soothing. I usually apply glycolic acid at night and when I woke up in the morning my skin looked divine and felt fantastic. My skin looks brighter, refreshed and hydrated. I am so, so, so impressed!

I hate giving these 1 star, but I am hoping it will help draw attention to how bad the formula change is! These were my holy grail for the last 5 years! I LOVED them and recommended them to everyone. I even order 2-3 at a time. When I got my last order, I immediately noticed the change in smell and pad texture. I was hesitant to use them. I reduced my usage to a few times a week versus 5 times a week but recently started back up. My face has been breaking out like crazy... and now after reading other peoples comments, I am starting to think that this may be why. I was just on vacation so I thought the sunscreen I used might have been causing it but I have been back for a week and the breakouts are getting worse (as I started using these more). Please, Please, I know you said that it was just the pads that changed, but there had to be something else. The change in smell wouldn't just happen. Please bring back the old formula!

I purchased this item after finally running out of my sipply of the original formula. These pads are terrible. My skin has broken out badly! They should bring back the old formula to have options. I am sad they have changed it

This product used to be one of my staples, I’ve used it for years. After a recent purchase, I noticed a scent which I feel certain there was no scent previously. It also caused me to break out in red, itchy bumps, which also never happened before. Leads me to believe there was some type of formula change. So disappointing.

I'm soon to be 49 and lately been struggling no matter how good of products I use that I have dry patches between my eyebrows, under eye, and around my nose. I saw a makeup artist for over 40 recommended since our skin doesn't exfoliate the same. I am not even one week in and use only at night so far. My dry patches are gone that my makeup doesn't look patchy in those areas, I woke up today with my skin glowing. Before this, I had my son who is going through a phase with acne use them and it helped him too!

I got these as part of my FabFitFun box back in 2023 and while I use to have clear skin, I noticed after a few uses of this product, the skin on my forehead become red and bumpy. It has been in fact 18 months and after stopping usage of the pads almost immediately I still have the same red bumps and irritation on my forehead. I had made no other changes to my skincare before of after adding these pads for about a week. I decided after searching to see if there were others who reported issues to rate this review as it’s extremely fun starting since I’m always had impeccable normal skin and have never ever had a reaction and one that has fundamental change the texture and appearance of my forehead area. 1st Photo I’ve enclosed is from today and 2nd photo is from prior to using this product

I went into Ulta and had a very nice lady help me pick out the best product for my skin (what I thought). When I tried this item it BURNED and irritated my face and it's PRICEY! I do not have pimples. I certainly didn't like that it burned and the price I paid to burn my face. Won't buy again

*****IT BROKE ME OUT*****This WAS the only product that worked for my sensitive skin!!!!! Now that the formula changed it has a weird, chemical smell and those compost pads are flimsy. WHY CHANGE A PRODUCT THAT WORKED??!? I'm moving on to Lush and Kiehl's products!
